Family had stayed in this hotel and recommended it. A lovely hotel. The staff were friendly. Great breakfast. My room was large and comfortable. The gardens were beautiful. It was well located with free shuttle bus into Hoi An. I would love to return here.

It was an amazing stay. The staff was terrific, so friendly and informative. I really felt as they wanted us to enjoy every minute. It just happen to be my birthday and staff brought by cake and flowers to our bungalow. It was superbly service. Mr VY, Mr Thien, and May were wonderful, aways happy. The whole staff was great. We are already thinking when we can get back to Palm Garden Resort - it was absolutely beautiful! Job well done!

Dissapointing stay

We (2 adults + 1 child) stayed in Bungalow 401 which was one of the most premium room types available. Unfortunately the bathroom had a substantial leak on arrival & the first night we were unable to sleep due to rainwater leaking into the bungalow. In the subsequent night, one of the hotel handymen were undertaking repairs of the roof of the bungalow so we were unable to sleep. Cleanliness was sub-par with sandy floors & several pests (incl. a cockroach) within the hotel. We rarely (if ever) post negative reviews but felt obligated to do so considering our overall poor stay. I wouldn't recommend a trip here. Happy to share videos.

Check in : Very quick and prompt. There is a welcome lounge with refreshment served. If it’s raining they will send you with a buggy. My Room : bungalow by the sea was truly stunning. Waking up to the sound of waves. Very peaceful and quiet. Had a balcony chair. You can just sit and laze around. Dining : 2 restaurants. Breakfast buffet served is extensive. Enough food for everyone. Ala carte menu has good choices. Taste wise, just average. Area : Opposite street has got some shops which I did not visit. I was very happy with staying in. Transport : to Hoi a city shuttle is provided. Few timings. Staff : All are very friendly. They understand enough English to get by. Pool : Quite big. It’s a dipping pool not so deep to swim. Spa : There is one but we didn’t go for it. Try citrus spa. They will pick u up. Top notch massages and service. I was on my anniversary trip. They decor the room as seen in the photo. Present a cake for us and a special drink. A very special moment for us. Thank you Palm gardens.

The whole hotel breathes luxury and has manicured gardens and surroundings. It’s spotlessly clean throughout and they keep on top of it. Food quality and service also excellent - be sure to try the Teppanyaki Grill. The staff were always attentive and friendly. Of particular note for our stay were Mr Thi, Ambassador, took us on the Basket Boat tour: Mr Hanh, who was ever present at food service, along with Ms Hoa F&B; then Mr Ha, who drove us to the Ba Ha hills and guided us through the ticket process. All the team were polite and these made a special effort to converse with us. Lovely rooms, freezing AC; well appointed bathrooms and huge (8’) comfy beds. Pool area kept immaculate with good supply of towels and beds, plus the beach area with the beach bar staff and life guards keeping an ever watchful eye. We loved the setting, the location, for the shuttle service to the Hoi An old town and also the local businesses (bars, restaurants, spas, mini market) outside the door. Nothing too much trouble. Trips booked via reception were reasonably priced and we felt totally safe in all areas of Da Nang.

Vi hadde en fantastisk uke her som siste strekk i bryllupsreisen vår. Kjempehyggelig (men jordnært) personale. God mat (spesielt fisk), fine områder, herlig rom (bungalow med havutsikt). Vi satte spesielt stor pris på personalet, som alltid var koselige (og lite nok til at vi innen slutten kjente igjen en del av de). Vi hadde også en veldig fin avslutning med «honeymoon dinner»

Great vacation

Great loation by the bach and not far from Hoi An old town with 3 times a day free shuttle. Great swimming pool and very kind staff. Amazing breakfast, and near by dining option outside the hotel. A problem with the faucets was repaired quickly.

Relaxing Oasis

We found the Palm Gardens Resort to be welcoming right from the start, the staff are lovely and obliging, the room was spacious and very handy to the reception, pool and restaurants. The pool was huge and we had it to ourselves on more than one occasion. We can and will definitely recommend to others !
