Terrible
Old and dated and dirty. Cobwebs on bedroom roof and hair in bathtub and stains on bedsheets. Also mattress was so lumpy and uncomfortable. Food mediocre at best. Luckily location was good. Staff clearly not happy to be there. Wouldn't go back.

Lovely warm & friendly hotel
Great hotel with really friendly staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I stopped night before walking into the Arrochar Alps where I camped and then returned to the hotel where I’d left my car. Had a bar meal the night which was really tasty and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this hotel especially the friendly staff - thanks Jamie 👍

Beautiful old hotel
Beautiful view in a lovely old hotel that has been well maintained. Walls are thin, so you will hear your neighbors. Also the mattress was not comfortable. I could feel the springs digging into my back. But overall, it was a nice place especially for the price.

Arrochar Hotel, definitely recommended.
The Arrochar Hotel is delightful. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a homely feel. I was surprised that several residents had dogs with them, so it's a dog friendly hotel. The lounge and bar area is cosy. One can choose to eat dinner in the lounge area near the bar, or in the dining room. Our room was spacious and had a lovely view over the lake. We really enjoyed our stay.

A great location and great staff, breakfast was amazing and choice of food excellent, did not have evening meal there a little expensive (went to the pub in village with much more appealing prices) staff were fantastic, room not great (single) bed uncomfortable and the hotel is very "dated" in decor, needs a complete refurb, location is beautiful!
