I will not stay here again. The hotel is fine and fairly clean the food situation is awful. If you want to eat anywhere other than the buffet you have to be in line everyday at 6 am to get a reservation. The buffet is not great and drinks are very watered down. The salt water "pool" is probably the best thing about this hotel.

Bad food

The food was terrible I was there from Monday to Wednesday and every day was the same food .. the food was not good, tge place is expensive for the type of buffet, and if you want to eat in the regular restaurant you need reservations and there's no space

The property grounds are beautiful but they accommodations are not up to date on technology and everything closed early and needed reservations for everything.

Overall we had a good time.

Check in was long. The food quality was not the best. The room shower was missing a door. The pools were excellent. The staff was courteous. However, we think the staying is overpriced. If they are going to charge you like a 5 star hotel, then you are expecting the staying to be like a 5 star hostel.

Check in is supposed to be at 3 pm but our room was not ready until 5 pm … I had to sit and wait for my room to be ready I have to walk about 1 mile to the person handing out room keys because you can’t check in any of the lobbies or get your room keys from the lobby very unsatisfied the parking is very small you have park about another 2 miles from where your room is then you are trying to relax you have people harassing you about there exclusion membership and writing reviews about your experience and that they need to take your phone from you to do it I felt verry uncomfortable..

The views are beautiful, however if you swim in the salt water pool beware of getting cut. Two of the people I went with ended up getting cuts on their feet because of the sharpness of shells that surround the inner part of the pool. There should also be more light around the chlorinated pools to prevent accidents and visibility to see the deep side and the shallow kid side. The buffet food is not the best, however it is unlimited. The buildings are old and the shower situation in the room is weird, with half the shower staying open with no curtain.

Enjoyed the pools very much and convenient towel service. Beach was beautiful. Rooms are old and need maintenance. Bathroom didn’t appear very clean, or it could be that it’s very old and dull looking. Pillows were terrible. At least they provide towels and toiletries. I like the mini fridge in the room. Food was alright a little bland. Check in process was weird and annoying I didn’t like having to wait in a conference room. Rooms were very far from check in, wish they had golf carts or something. I personally didn’t like the mixed drinks, they use cheap alcohol but I guess it’s cause they’re free. I also didn’t like that the bartenders used the bars stirring stick in personal cups as that’s unhygienic. I’m sure they’re are better resorts out there. Would not book again.
