They should be embarrassed
This place should be embarrassed. Got double-charged. Their customer support line is non-existent. Had to call several times over the course of a week to get in touch with someone. They'll try to pawn you off on their overworked overseas call center. Eventually you might get in touch with an agent that knows whats going on.
They kicked us out at 10am even though we paid for the late check out
The place was overall nasty... dirty everything. Carpets were disgusting. Lots of weird brown and red stains all over the walls and floor.
