We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some relaxed. But after over 30mins and it almost 10:40, we still haven’t get it so I called front desk asking when can I get the my new card, and in the same time I found there’s a transaction about 141.88 in my credit card charged by here, so I asked the front desk what’s in charge for, and she didn’t tell me anything about it just tell me it will return to my credit card, it makes me really confused, and she said the stuff already take the card back to my room. So thought they will coming soon and then I could go to the pool, but until 11:30 I still haven’t get it, I call the front desk asked if I could leave my number to them because I want to go to the pool. But the lady told me once the staff sent, she cannot contact them the only thing I can do is wait at room. but until I check out around 3:00 am there no one sends the new card to me which I don’t need anymore. No one tells me what happened. I still confused. And I send a complaint letter 5 days ago. Still no response.
