POSITIVES
Argana was reasonably priced. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by reception staff. The gym staff, cleaning and catering staff were all very nice and lovely people. Fridge, kettle was provided (but no teabags or water or mugs). Room sizes were good.
NEGATIVES
We had 5 rooms and unfortunately the state of the hotel didnt live up to expectations. Door handles were broken, curtain hooks were not attached properly, the food gave a few of our people food poisoning, towels dirty, wobbly toilet seat, rooms had loud music coming from outside, sink would move at every touch. Shower was so small that the towels were above the toilet which i can guarantee they've fallen on or beside the toilet more than once.
Our 5 rooms were spread out sparsely over 2 floors and opposite sides of the hotel, not sure if this could have been improved due to how busy the hotel was.
wifi was terrible. Was not working especially in the evening and this had been raised 3 times, each time we were told a technician will be over, however it never happened, we felt fobbed off
Expecting a reply from the quality manager saying "we remain committed to improving our services and facilities. Thank you for your comments". We would not reccommend this hotel unless this hotel gets some added investment and they start respecting their customers experience. A hotel makes or breaks a holiday and this hotel is one to avoid, avoid, avoid.
For once, we were happy that a holiday stay had ended. Unfortunately.
