Great hotel to stay in for your visit to the castle! Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was good- lots of people eating but service was ready promptly. We were in a large van so we knew the parking garage under the hotel would be very tight, they recommended one just a 5 min walk away that was outdoors and worked perfectly for us.

Since we arrived late by train, this hotel was convenient. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The bed is very hard and the pillows were almost flat. It was so stuffy and stale in the room in July that we didn't asleep well, even with the windows open.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay here before we went to Neuschwanstein Castle. It is centrally located in a cute, little town. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful (in English.) Room had plenty of space.

Great property! The location was central and there was a parking garage attached to the property which nade it so convenient. The room was very nice and large. The breakfast was excellent,! We would highly recommend!

Many tour buses use this hotel. Noisy outside during the evening/night due to people, smokers, and traffic circle. It was difficult to get sleep if you needed the windows open due to noise and smoke. Some rooms have nicer views of the castle. Dining area could be very busy if tour buses were there at the same time. Nice selection for food. Very convenient location to walk to the old town area with many restaurants and beautiful sights to see. Very close to the train and bus station as well.
