this was the worst place I have ever been in. Room was dirty. bed lamp broken, tv didn't work. nothing like the pictures on the web site. too late to find another place.

Very noisy

Too much noise. People or kids running up and down the halls and stairs at 12am. Holes in the bathroom door and scratch marks in the door as well. Very outdated.

For the price this is the best hotel in Stockton. Clean no insects quiet desk clerks & Security guards very helpful & friendly. Cable not very many channels not clear to see. Some work needs to be done on faucets & doors stick This is not a hotel for people looking for more than a clean quiet bed. But I have been here one month I am waiting to move into a rental & I am very comfortable & feel safe & would recommend this hotel to anyone not looking for any amenities.

The worst stayed I have experienced, homeless and drug addicts right outside the hotel, bed sheets were dirty, water dripping from the bathroom ceiling, main door didn’t close properly and we didn’t feel safe, and the worst of all, the cockroaches rooming free!

Do not stay there

The room was horrible infested with roaches, it was very dirty and the TV or A/C didn’t work the door was all banged up and not safe at all. I checked in and checked right back out and I’ve been waiting for a refund and getting the run around. Rooms does not look like the pictures on the app

There were bedbugs, roaches, the floors were dirty. I walked in with white socks and they turned black the more I walked around. Underneath the bed was dirty, there was a former guest’s sock, taco bell cup, and trash. There were roaches in the towels, dead and alive. Hair everywhere. The “white” bedding had black & brown spots. Some blankets had burn marks. The “no smoking” room smelled heavily of cigarettes. Everything you see on this website does not correlate with the policies they have in office. They charge a “$50 security deposit”, but when I asked for a refund because of all these issues they didn’t give me my deposit back.

Horrible Hotel didn’t stay one night terrified

I did not stay due to safety issues. Homeless & mental illness individuals roaming. Room dirty, toilet not working, roaches on beds & walls. Just plain horrible and unsafe.
