We had such a lovely stay here, all of the staff were extremely welcoming & helpful. Our room was massive, clean and had everything we needed. The spa was lovely, although you do have to pay extra to use the sauna which was a bit unexpected and would have liked to be included in the price of the stay. Good location although either a climb up stairs or around the back up the road - potentially not great for guests with limited mobility (although could drive right up). The bar was nice but could do with some additional cocktail options :)

The staff peole were very cold et non good for service information. The clean wasn’t make when we came back from excursion for the dinner one night. They never say they were sorry . They act like robot, no sympathy.They charge for all services and they don’t propose restaurants or special activities. The temperature of the room was too warm et nothing they can do.

Room was excellent, very eco friendly and clean. View of Lake Bled from Room was amazing. Buffet breakfast and pool was overrun with kids, but all other aspects of hotel was fantastic. Location was perfect.

The hotel is one of the least attractive buildings on the lakefront from the outside, which is a shame, but inside it’s been done to a really high standard. Communal areas and rooms are lovely, and the hotel is kept spotlessly clean. Location is great - it’s elevated a bit from the lake so there are great views. Breakfast is very good and staff are welcoming.

From the moment we entered the hotel and smelt the alpine essential oils, we knew we had made the right choice. We arrived before our check-in time and the lovely people at reception (extremely informative and attentive) went out of their way to allow us to check in early so we could see the incredible sights of Bled as soon as possible. When we checked in, we received a €10 voucher each towards any treatment worth €80 or more. Our lake view room was very well equipped (only missing an iron) and was exceptionally clean. The bed and furniture were all extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spotless and a good size and there was ample space in the wardrobes. Our balcony had fantastic, unobstructed views of Lake Bled and the surrounding areas. Breakfast was delicious. A range of local products to try with the usual breakfast items. The spa and pool areas were of an excellent standard. There were plenty of pools and jacuzzis to choose from, allowing for a peaceful swim. Everything in the pool and spa area was spotless. The treatment area was spacious and serene, with refreshments on offer before and after one of the best massages we've ever had. Overall, we can't recommend this hotel enough. Every single staff member was polite, accommodating and just wonderful. The attention to detail in the hotel was second to none, our entire experience was smooth, relaxing and enjoyable. We simply cannot wait to return to the Rikli Balance Hotel.

Following a somewhat taxing journey, I was delighted by the exceptional service provided at the hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and eager to assist, truly making a positive impact on my trip to Slovenia. I extend my sincere gratitude to Anja, who ensured my well-being, patiently answered my questions, and kindly checked on me while I awaited the arrival of my group. Her outstanding service and reassurance were invaluable and I couldn't be more grateful! The room and hotel were impeccably clean and ideally situated near Lake Bled, contributing to a most relaxing stay. The breakfast was absolutely delightful with a variety of choices to pick from!

We loved this hotel, location and the staff, but booked it for a wellness point of view which we did not get. There is no wellness area, there are several pool areas which were chaotic with guest from the hotel and external. Lots of children everywhere. There isn’t a specific spa area just treatment rooms and the saunas were out of use due to a fire. It is however a lovely hotel and great place to stay but nothing relaxing about it.

Die Unterkunft ist alles in allem wirklich schön. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet, das Personal mehrsprachig. Leider war uns im Vorhinein nicht klar, dass der "Spa Bereich" öffentlich zugängig ist und somit dort auch viele Familien mit ihren Kindern sind. Es ist in diesem Bereich nicht entspannend, sondern sehr laut. Die Saunalandschaft war zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes in Renovierung, wovon ebenfalls keine Information auf der Homepage gegeben wurde. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, er wäre nur noch schöner gewesen, hätte man zuvor gewusst auf was man sich einstellen muss.
