Gem of an apartment!

Amazing place to stay if you are heading to Antwerp. Location is great near the central area and very close to the station. The apartment itself was spacious and spotlessly clean in a new and modern building. Access and check in is via an app but it all worked perfectly and there are even lockers you can use on the day to check out. Hard to find any negatives and would definitely choose to stay here when. I come back to Antwerp.

Simple and easy to find only better signs to find your room . It fell like a maze. Love that it fell like a bit home from home. Traveling with kid and in group its realy handy with the kitchen. Breakfast was simple but ok.We got every morning a box deliverd to our door. Washingmachine was handy for those dirty clothes.

A wonderful apartment with all one can need while traveling. Proximity to the main attractions, train station and supermarkets made the location of the property exceptionally convenient. The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Once in Antwerp again will definitely stay at YAYS.

The apartment is nicely decorated. Easy and simple check-in procedures. Free lockers for luggage storage after check-out. A big supermarket right next to the apartment. Just a few minutes walk to the historical city centre and metro station. Bus stop right in front. It would be perfect if there is daily housekeeping.

The apartment was superbly equipped, spacious, in a good location and generally very clean. The only deduction of one star is rhat the unmanned entrance with just a keypad to access felt a little unsafe as anyone could tailgate - with the lift then requiring no pincode to access all floors. That said once inside we experienced no problems or issue. Thank you!

Staffs were really helpful and friendly. The location was amazing, it was pretty close to Antwerp Central Station. There was a Lidl around to buy grocery conveniently. Kitchen was fully equipped. Wonderful experience despite it might not be the quietest option, but noise level was still acceptable as it was close to the big road. 5* 👍

Low Cleanliness Standards

When I checked in, it was very obvious that my bedding was not changed from the previous guests. Blankets and pillowcases were covered in hair and stains. When I asked, they sent someone up to change it, and the housekeeper that did said that the woman who cleans these rooms is known for not changing the bedding. So, these shortcuts are apparently accepted on the property, but think about what's unclean that you can't see that they can get away with not cleaning even easier. The fridge in my room was also unclean with crumbs/liquid all over from the previous guest. There is also no 'do not disturb' sign, so I asked the front desk to make a note for housekeeping to not disturb until check-out as I wanted to sleep in. This did not work as housekeeping came into my room at about 8:45 (I said I wouldn't be checking out until 11) and they came again anyway at 9:30. They seemed very annoyed that people aren't checking out early, even though you have the room until 11. So you have no way of choosing your own time to wake up if you stay here.

Perfekt mit einer große Einschränkung

Der Aufenthalt an sich war nahezu perfekt. Zimmer, Ausstattung, Zustand und Lage waren großartig. Selbst die relativ aufwändige Kommunikation im Vorfeld, für ein Hotel ohne Personal, hat grundsätzlich funktioniert. Einem Gast, der zudem einen Tiefgaragenplatz gebucht hat, nicht darauf hinzuweisen, dass am Abreisetag der City Marathon stattfindet, dass das Hotel sich innerhalb der Laufstrecke befindet und dass sämtliche Straßen gesperrt sind, ist allerdings unverzeihlich.

住宿地點離車站很近,附近也有超市,很方便,房間備品看需求取用,有附洗衣洗碗清潔錠茶包等等美中不足的是check out 後要拿寄放行李卻打不開密碼櫃, 公寓沒有櫃台,因為是上班日,所以可以在一樓辦公室(跟行李寄存同一層樓)找到員工,請他們幫忙開. 因此,若需要寄放行李,盡量選白天上班時間取行李,免得找不到人幫忙

Nice big convenient apartment with washing machine ( which does not dry well although it is a combo machine) and kitchen. Bed and sofa bed. Well located. The breakfast box can almost feed you all day, there is so much stuff in there. The only hiccup is difficult communication. A bot answers inquiries but never got an agent to get back to us on questions about the apartment ( this is a self check in type place, no hotel management interaction).
