The staff were mostly helpful, there were half empty whiskey bottles left in our room which have the impression it hasn't been cleaned properly. A fire alarm went off at 11pm whereby we had to evacuate. This really freaked our youngest out ( loud intercom messages in our room to evacuate)and he found it hard to sleep once we could go back in. Apart from this the food was good and facilities fine, bus outside hotel really convenient for getting into New York.

Très bonne adresse

Tout était parfait ! La literie très bonne , le petit déjeuner copieux et varié , on trouvait toujours de la place pour déjeuner - Chambres grandes et propres - bien insonorisées - Le parking gratuit en sous sol est un gros plus , nous voyageons avec 2 gros véhicules et avons pu les déposer la le temps de notre séjour Un arrêt de bus passe tout à proximité de l hôtel et en 30 min (en fonction du trafic), vous êtes a Times square Super adresse donc , je recommande !

Pleasant Surprise.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room where 5 of us 3 children and 2 adults had a comforable sleep. Breakfast was great. They had ample parking availble. Proximity to Hoboken and Manhattan was definitely a plus. I am going to be booking this everytime I visit NY with my family.

Fantastisk hotel i roligt stemningsfyldt kvarter

Fantastisk hotel i roligt kvarter med lækker morgenmad. Der var intet problem at bo uden for Manhattan. Bus til 42.street går lige fra hotellet og tager ca 25 min. Vi havde et stort to-rums-familie-værelse med plads til fem. To gode dobbeltsenge og en mindre god sovesofa. Men ellers pænt og rent og med fuldt køkken og stort badeværelse. Eneste problem var at der var gulvtæpper alle vegne hvilket var lidt hårdt for familiens støvallergikere. Vi kan varmt anbefale hotellet.

Very helpful staff. Great location. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of options. Rooms and bathrooms clean. Only downside - the beds were too soft for me. Also, the laundromat on both floors was out of order. The hotel staff didn’t know when the laundry facilities would be functional.
