The Front Desk staff were very helpful. They went beyond by receiving and enacting instructions for an impending Amazon deliver. Everything was received without any incident. They were helpful with informing about the repairs going on. I hope those are completed soon as they did pose an inconvenience to logistics of coming and going with ease. It appears part of their parking lot is blacktop but property needs to repaint the parking lot lines because it's a mess with people parking everywehere. I would stay here again if I visit again.

Elevator broken. No warning before stay. Could only stay in walk-up 2-3 flights room with our luggage. . Giant roach in the stairwell.Afternoon young woman at check-in was beyond kind, knowledgeable & accommodating! Check out gentleman was excellent as well. Staff was the best part of the stay!!!

Nice hotel. Elevator was out of service so they offered a full refund if we did not want to use stairs. Decided to stay, glad we did. Room was clean and comfortable for an overnight stay.

The elevator broke down. For breakfast or juice machine wasn’t working so they did not offer anything to drink. And the room smelled musty.

The property is located in a "motel section" of Joplin. Very small signage, ongoing construction area and somewhat hard to find. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and everything worked as it should. Breakfast was very good with several hot choices provided. Television was approximately 27 inches if that is a concern. Accessible room 126 was too far away from the breakfast area and the 2 handicapped parking spaces. No covered area to unpack/pack vehicle. I would have chosen another venue if all facts were known.

I was actually quite surprised by the cleanliness and the staff. No bad smells either which is so nice. For the price I can say I was a bit worried but I did look at the review. Thanks a bunch for a great stay.

It was a good stay. Had a hiccup when we checked in, but I must admit they took care of it right away. Good room and nice breakfast! Also, nice area. We didn’t feel threatened at all and it was very quiet.

Staff was friendly. Good location. It is an older hotel with indoor hallways. You could hear people walking and talking in the halls.
