The air-conditioning worked very well, I just wish they had microwaves in the room and better Internet. The internet is good but if you want to game on your laptop and a system its only 2.5 GHz. But the place is nice clean and the staff are very helpful.

First time staying in Long Island city, from the outside of the hotel not the best and very rough. But only an 8 minute walk from queens bridge subway station, with lots of fast chain restaurants, Wendy’s, Taco Bell and bodegas around the area on the way to hotel. However the room was excellent, spacious, with a fridge, comfortable bed, tv was good and everything worked, staff was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this for a budget stay 3 nights, for price I paid £286 worth it. I would definitely be staying here again. I would say go to midtown on your first trip to New York. This was my 5th and I was comfortable with everything. Negatives Windows was not double glazed you can hear every sound. And you could smell cigarettes and weed.

Atendimento muito ruim, ao final da estadia a fechadura eletrônica deu problema e ficamos esperando horas por um atendimento, sendo que faltava poucas horas para o vôo, e estavam fazendo pouco caso para nós. Vale ressaltar que as toalhas do banheiro quando chegamos estavam manchadas.

I enjoyed my stay here! The staff was friendly and held our bags free of charge while we explored the city prior to our check in. Great location, only a few minutes away from the subway & a short train ride into Manhattan. We felt very safe walking around. I’d definitely stay again!

I think for the price charged the hotel worth. Especially if compared to the NYC price. They delivery what is promised. Of course it is not a fancy hotel. But I liked. It is cheap and next to the subway. Front desk guy. ashar is very firm sly and did everything to help me. If you are looking for an affordable accommodation in NYC I think it is a very good option.

Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the room was roomy for two people with a modern full size bathroom. We were allowed to check in at no additional cost (typically they charge $40) but the man at the front desk was very nice since we had alot of bags. — there is nowhere to store bags if your room is not ready so plan accordingly. The room was very clean, air conditioning and heating worked great, WiFi was strong, however walls were thin. You could hear pretty much everything because rooms are close together. This hotel is close to the projects so keep that in mind. This isn’t the nicest area of queens. But I never feared for my safety and found it easy to get around. This is a short 5m walk to the Q66 bus and the F train.
