Quite and clean. No microwave in the suit, but walking distance to the grocery store and besides small restaurants. Nice personal.

The staff were friendly but the room was very basic for the price. Air conditioner didn’t work properly, wifi wasn’t working, pool was under construction, restaurant only available until 2pm, no ice machine in the hotel or fridge in the room, no cups in the room, no face cloths or hand towels.

The place is beautiful, well kept Front desk lady was so not nice. I booked online for 2 double beds, went to the room, only one kingsize bed ! Went back to the reception desk, told them the room was not correct, plus the smell in the room was horrific..the front desk said it was just fumigated..Not cool Then the lady said..oh well u could find another hotel

Snowbirds on way back to Canada

It was great! Location perfect as we were next door to the Food Park. Just a few minutes to airport as well. They made our dog feel special, and gave us doggy bags. They also had treats for purchase. Rooms are very basic, no hair dryer but the bed was very comfortable and room was quiet!

Little green oasis in the middle of Puerto Vallarta. Great for people travelling with a dog. Only complaint is that the place is a little worn out in places, but price reflects this. Great little cafe on site. All staff are very helpful.
