For the price of over $300 a night and being next to the Convention Center, it was a little disappointing. The bathroom fan did not work, the electric blinds in the room did not work, and the room was not updated at all. Old tv, microwaves, etc. the lobby was beautiful, the bar, and dining were spectacular, but once you get on that second floor it is a major let down. Very similar to budget motel rooms but a little bigger in size.

It was a comfortable room needed updating. Shower curtin wasnt sufficient to keep water from flooding the floor and im handicapped so i was afraid of falling. Your hotels are always a good experience. The bed was wonderful!!

Not the place to stay in Kennewick

The woman at the front desk wasn’t very polite. She wasn’t outright rude but told us that because of our cheaper rate, breakfast was not included (even though we showed that Hotels said it was.) At check out they refused to give us a receipt “because we booked through a third party”, even though we have never had this issue previously.
