Taoro Garden was an amazing accommodation during our 1 week honeymoon in Tenerife. The location was great and we were seeing both the mountains and the ocean from our balcony. The food was excellent, incredibly delicious with lots of options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and eager to help at any minute. Would highly reccomend this hotel as it can make your holiday to Tenerife unforgettable!!

Great Hotel on the outskirts of town
Quality Hotel in Puerto de la Cruz. Hotel situated in wonderful grounds which are kept in immaculate condition. Large Pool area, never crowded plus a Sun Terrace with adjacent bar. Great choice of food both at breakfast and dinner. Great friendly staff, always with a welcoming smile. Courtesy Bus to and from Town Centre throughout the day, but it's also a very pleasant 20 minute walk into town, though a somewhat steep walk returning.

My holiday at Taoro Garden was very nice. The hotel is very good. It is located in a beautiful green location. The food was very good. The staff was kind, especially the staff from the buffet. A special thank you to Erica - the animation girl. But there is also place for some small improvement: the singers and the shows in the evening are not the best. They also start singing/playing pretty early, even while people have their dinner. I‘ve seen better, proper shows in some other hotels.

I really loved my stay here. Although the decor is a bit tired, the staff, food and the general feeling is great. When the sun is shining the pool area is so peaceful. I sat on my balcony watching parakeets in the trees, the mountains and the sunset. It’s a steep walk into town (takes about 25 mins and would be a struggle if you had a pram or mobility issues), but taxis are easy to find. The deposits for kettles and irons etc is annoying. I can’t believe there isn’t tea and coffee in a 4 star hotel. Don’t be put off by this, the staff and the care they take of you makes up for it. Very reasonable prices for drinks. Love the library 😊 I would definitely stay again.

I never leave reviews but felt this hotel deserved a 5 star review. The views from our room were incredible of the Mount teide. The food was varied and enjoyable. The staff were amazing and always happy. Swimming pool was good and lovely quiet atmosphere.

Extremer Baulärm
Wer Ruhe und Entspannung am Pool sucht, ist hier falsch. Leider sind um das Hotel einige Baustellen, die nicht so aussehen als wären sie in absehbarer Zeit fertig - dafür sind es zu viele verschiedene Baustellen. Ich habe den Baulärm am Pool sogar noch mit Ohrstöpslen gehört und habe das als extrem störend empfunden. Das Hotel weist darauf leider nirgendwo ehrlich hin. Auf unsere Beschwerde wurde auch erstmal freundlich vom Hotel reagiert. Allerdings wurde Hotels.com danach mitgeteilt wir hätten ein Zimmerupgrade im Wert von 70€ bekommen. Das wurde uns aber nie angeboten - die Situation konnte leider nicht geklärt werden. Wir sind darüber extrem enttäuscht. So etwas zu behaupten ohne es angeboten zu haben ist in meinen Augen Betrug. Ich habe das Abendessen schlecht vertragen und hatte von Abend zu Abend mehr Bauchschmerzen. Es ist viel Conveniencefood auf dem Buffet, was bei dem Preis aber auch zu erwarten war. Ich würde hier nicht noch mal buchen.

Het is een mooi rustig gelegen hotel, prachtige tuin, alles is netjes schoon. Parkeren kan voor de deur of in bij park achter het hotel. Eten is prima. Van alles wat. Zeker aan te raden. Avond drankjes met uitzicht (dichtbij het hotel) is Alberto’s zeker aan te raden

First of all - 1. Property outlines there is a free on site off site parking. In reality hotel is located at the end of short street with only 14 parking spaces available. For a hotel with 5 times at least this capacity After I contacted Expedia regarding this issue hotel offered a parking that is 5£ a night in secured parking area 2. Hotel is advertising itself as a 4 star hotel - however in the room not even a water bottle was provided. Kettle was provided upon request on second day , no tea or coffee. 3. Gym facility is extremely outdated and poor. Equipment is very old , type of equipment that is bought for the house - cheap and old. Limited amount of weights - 10kg is a heaviest dumbbell. 4. Generally as you arrive hotel appears very old - paint is peeling off , windows are old, Street in front of hotel is bad condition. The only refurbishment took place in dining area , reception and rooms. 5. Location - uphill 25min from town centre 6. Access cards - literally every morning card was no longer working , had to go to reception to reactivate. On a third day after complaining I was given a card that worked for more that 1 day Overall this is not a 4 star hotel , far from it. 3 star Breakfast is ok

On ne gardera aucun souvenir. Ni bon, ni mauvais.
Pour être honnête, il n' y a quasi aucune possibilité de parking. Il y a bien une vingtaine d'emplacements mais seules quatre ou cinq voitures ont "bougé" durant notre séjour. Aucun contrôle n'est effectué. Les véhicules sont "stockés" pour l'hiver... Buffet du soir très répétitifs.

The place was nice and offered daily bus services to the city centre. However I feel like it lacked vegetarian options, there wasn’t much for people that are vegetarian. Overall, a lovely hotel and good staff members.

Ett mycket bra hotell, välutrustade rum , stora balkonger i soligt läge mot park och poolområde, utmärkt frukost vänlig personal För oss ar läget i lugnt parkområde utmärkt utanför stadsområdet och nyttig promenad med stor höjdskillnad och många trappor, Detta läge gör att det knappast passar utan basal kondition och god rörelseförmåga
