The place has a roach infestation. I do not recommend it to anyone!

Property in poor, possibly unsafe condition
We reserved a non-smoking room with a kitchenette. Non-smoking rooms cost more than the equivalent smoking room. When we arrived, there were no non-smoking rooms. We were given a key to a smoking room and found it to still be OCCUPIED. We were given a key to a second room. The AC was not cooling, there was no remote for the TV and there were roaches living and dead in the kitchen area.
The property as a whole is in poor condition with visible cracks in the concrete balconies. The balconies and railings would move if you stepped too close to the outside edge. There was construction debris and materials located all about the property that looked as if they had been there a quite a while.
We did not stay. The office staff were apologetic and offered to cancel our reservation themselves without charging us. They said that they could not move our reservation to the Motel 6 side of the property as technically it was not "the same property."

Scammed during hurricane
When I got there lady standing outside and as I came up to the door she asked if I had a reservation and I said yes she said she sorry but it was through a 3rd party and I couldn't be there and as I went back to my car it bothered me so I went back and asked her even if my money was taken for the room she said yes she claimed she cancelled my reservation because I definitely was on the list now if she scammed me out my money while in a terrible situation we had no lights and I only tried to get a room so I could take a shower our lights had been off due to hurricane Helene I am very disappointed and the worst thing is I can't get my 72 dollars back

Book room online, received confirmation. Arrived at location only to be told that there are no vacancies and that I’d need to confer with whatever online agency booked my stay. After doing so I was told by online agent that I’d be charged a cancellation fee. How are you gonna charge me a cancellation fee for a booking that could not be fulfilled because the hotel was full. So in full my experience sucked. I would not recommend to anyone this booking app.

Reservations but no Rooms and very unprofessional
I never received an email concerning check in process. Upon arrival at hotel I was no greeted at the window however had to endure listening to the front desk clerk on a personal call yelling and cursing at someone. I finally ring the bell which is when another employee finally approached the window and said that they no longer had any vacancies and would not honor my reservations. Her exact words were, “we not taking any third party reservations” however my card was clearly charged. I then for sake of argument left the property and contacted customer care. I have already submitted a request to have my funds reimbursed and hope that others did not have and are not having the same issue with this hotel that I had. That whole circumstance made the whole devastation of having just been through a hurricane even more devastating.
