This is a hotel that never disappoints me. It is not the first time that I stay there and I would return in a heart bit. Clean, great breakfast, and great location to walk at the rambla. Walking distance of the main Shopping drag in Montevideo and great restaurants all around.

Ficamos em um quarto bem amplo com vista para orla. Quarto muito confortável, banheiro limpo, equipado (secador e chapinha) e com ótimo chuveiro. Recepcionistas e garçons bem atenciosos e simpáticos. Café da manhã delicioso com variedade. Adorei tudo! Com certeza voltaria.

Propaganda enganosa e desrespeito ao hóspede. Ao reservar, fomos informados de que todos os impostos estavam incluídos, porém no checkout surgiu um “imposto novo” cobrado obrigatoriamente em dólares, sem opção de pagar em pesos e com uma cotação desfavorável. Além disso, o hotel anuncia ar-condicionado, mas na verdade possui climatização central, controlada apenas pelo técnico. Na primeira noite, passamos calor extremo e, mesmo após reclamações, a temperatura era alterada de acordo com outros hóspedes — ou seja, o hotel não oferece controle de ar-condicionado no quarto, contrariando o que é divulgado. Também informaram que o hotel possui piscina, porém trata-se apenas de uma pequena banheira de hidromassagem para poucas pessoas. No material do quarto consta empréstimo gratuito de bicicletas, porém na recepção fomos informados que há apenas aluguel, também em dólares. Recebemos, ainda, a promessa de uma “pequena cortesia”, que nunca existiu. A equipe é educada, o quarto é espaçoso e a limpeza adequada, mas a estrutura é antiga, o café da manhã é simples e a experiência final foi extremamente negativa devido às informações falsas e cobranças abusivas. Não recomendo.

Achei excelente o hotel: localização, café da manha, atendimento dos funcionários, quarto confortabilíssimo e com vista maravilhosa. Só a limpeza deixou a desejar : não limparam o quarto em um dos dias e eu tive que solicitar verbalmente a arrumação. Creio que possa ter sido um equivoco somente porque o hotel é muito bom e valeu a pena.

Muy buena experiencia

La habitación era muy comfortable y el servicio excelente. La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, enfrente de la rambla costanera, con acceso muy fácil tanto al aeropuerto como al centro de la ciudad y a la terminal de Buquebus, y a pocos metros del Punta Carreras Shopping.

The area around the hotel, with the ocean and the walking/biking path, is breathtaking. Front desk staff speaks good English, very helpful and accommodating as I changed rooms to get a love seat. Restaurant is excellent, 25 percent off for guests, waiter we kept getting was so pleasant (wish I got a name). Room was good, great view, Climate control a little strange, set the same across the hotel. Bring your own tissues. Good shower, comfortable bed. Lots of things available in the room to be charged for but not overly pricey. Enjoyed breakfast, different breads, eggs cooked to request. Didn't have a car, took Uber everywhere. Hotel is definitely recommended.

Excelente o hotel. É a terceira vez que me hospedei nele. Lamento apenas que mesmo reservando com mais de 6 meses de antecedência tenham me colocado num apartamento no 1º andar sem uma vista mais bonita. No mais o hotel é muito bom.
