Good quiet location, close to a metro station and a good shopping mall. The staff were also friendly and helpful. There is also a McDonald’s right beside the hotel which is really convenient. The 3 beds in the room I stayed in with my two sons were very small in size. They were each less than the size of a standard UK single bed. Their rooms with 3 beds should also be larger. For the price, I guess it was not too bad though.

Worst hotel I've ever been.

On arrival the staff was pleasant and helpful. The room seem ok on arrival until in the night we were greeted by bedbugs. That was taken care of by switching to a room too small for two persons and the toilet didn't work and so we're told to use the infested room bathroom. Overall I was very disappointed because the situation could have been handled better.

Aucun fruit au petit déjeuner. Très décevant car j'avais une épreuve sportive pour un concours et vraiment cela à manqué. J'ai demandé une couverture supplémentaire pour la nuit mais il n'y en a aucune. On est quand même en automne. Il faudrait en avoir. Le personnel était aimable.

Arrivés vers 21h30, nous avons constaté dans la nuit que la chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas !!!! La literie et le matelas en particulier bénéficiaient de ressorts très désagréables pour le dos . Une étape d'une nuit dans cet hôtel dans lequel nous ne remettrons plus les pieds ...et surtout pour le prix qui n'est pas à la hauteur de la prestation. Ne parlons pas du petit déjeuner très moyen .

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, la chasse d'eau fuyait, le lavabo etait bouché, la serrure de la porte d'entrée cassée, bruit des chambres voisines alors que la chambre était censée être insonorisée... Bref, catastrophique cet hôtel et nous avons donc quitter l'hôtel au bout de 1h30, car invivable un jour de grosse chaleur. Réclamation faite à l'hotel le lendemain par mail et sans retour de leur part, malgré 2 relances.

Tout était très bien. Très bonne insonorisation alors que l'hôtel est juste à côté d'un axe routier et du métro. Petit bémol, la climatisation qui se réglait systématiquement et automatiquement à 20°C. A titre personnel, je ne trouve pas ça raisonnable. D'abord d'un point de vue purement confort c'est beaucoup trop bas (la température réglementaire est de 26°C) et d'un point de vue énergétique et environnemental cela représente un gouffre énergétique, c'est dommage pour moi de gaspiller ainsi autant d'énergie...

Hôtel bien situé pour le centre ville. Cependant, j'ai trouvé dans la salle de bains, l'abattant WC non fixé. Dans la douche pas de savon. De petites choses qui ne nécessitent pas forcément de travaux importants. Heureusement l'accueil du personnel est excellent.
