Comfy beds!
Five night stay. Bed, pillows, and bedding very comfortable. No internet TV. Remodeled room but bathroom door had water rot at bottom. Parking not great as there are maybe 10 spots near front of building and maybe that many at end of building. Other than that the option is parking behind hotel (no entry door) or park in another business' lot. I had lots of problems with keycard, sometimes having to swipe 10 times to get it to work. (Yes I know how to operate). Laundry facilities- one washer and one dryer on 3rd & 4th floors but washer on 3rd floor was out of order. Conveinent to shopping - Walmart next door and Publix a block away. All in all a good stay but there arent many other options in the area. Note: proprerty under renovation as of Mar 2025 which didn't affect me as I was only there at night. Not sure about daytime. Elevator was a little dirty from construction. (Only 1 elevator).

I stay here because I was getting married in Arcadia. Friday before the wedding the ac went out in my room @ 10pm. Go down to the front desk to see what they can do because I have to leave @ 7 to get ready. Welp they get me two box fans and told me there isn’t anything they can do. The lady downstairs and TEXTING her manager and said there isn’t anything they could do and that they would fix the ac @ 7 am the next morning. So my fiancé stayed there as late as he could just so they can fix it. I will never stay at this place again!

I booked two rooms One room had terrible musty smell and tv did not work. second room was disgusting. Someone else’s hair in the bed, desk chair and shower. Moved rooms and same issue. Finally after 2hrs found a room clean enough to sleep in.

When we went to check in Lynn helped us with welcoming us when we arrived l, she was very nice. Told us we were upgraded but it was a connecting room to another rrom which i really didnt like but then in the morning we was woke up by a dog about 3 and 6 am. Left the one lady know and she apologized for that. Also our room stunk wjen we walked in and left Tia know when we left abd she apologized for that. I do want to thank the staff who helped us they were very helpful.

The lady who checked us in was very nice. The room was clean and updated. The bathroom mirror very dirty but a minor complaint. Hotel was close to shopping and restaurants(in between Walmart and Chilis).

1st of all i had booked a king suite when i got there to checkin they said they didn't have that room available they "upgraded" me to a double queen suite with a jacuzzi tub which was disgusting. The room smelled nasty and there where little bugs in the bathroom. I asked for a late check out they couldn't accommodate nor asked what time i needed. And they couldn't give me a print out of me checking out.
