Bad Experience
At check-in they told me they had no reservation for me even though I had my hotels.com itinerary # on my phone to show them. They then had to make a new reservation for me directly with the hotel and thankfully had a room. Others after me were not so lucky and had nowhere to stay. Major mistake by Stoney Creek.
No hot water for showers on our last morning. Coffee in lobby and breakfast room was empty and no attempt to refill them. Breakfast was really bad. Eggs had green/blue colors in them. Bed was really bad with a major dip in the center. Overall, the hotel is very work out and tired. I won’t stay here again if I can avoid it.
