Room was spacious but several problems. Sink plug did not work, pillows were like rocks, neither wifi did not work in our room 602, breakfast was not very good lots of choice but not great. View from our room was spectacular. Staff were very friendly and helpful

For some reason, our breakfast was not included and Haffsa the IT manager very kindly offered 1 breakfast as gesture of goodwill. She was very polite and professional. It was the first day we arrived in Casablanca. We got a room and then I found that there was a broken mirror on the clothset so I notified the staff and requested for a new room. Apparently, we have to wait for an hour for a new room and we are very tired from the traveling from the airport and needed to use the bathroom.

Could have been very good

The bedding had a stale smell to it. If we were not so tired with flights and travel. It would have been difficult to have slept. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. But the service and attitude of the staff was too notch. I could not fault their helpfulness.
