I stay two nights , not even cleaning room service , and have to go to front desk to ask more toilet paper, when you take breakfast, one staff just stand over at breakfast room to stare you to make you feel like you are theft not guest .

Staff was borderline combative when we brought up issues we had with our room. Issues being dirty and disgusting conditions of everything from the hot tub and fridge to the paint peeling and water damage in the bathroom. The bed was split in half width wise, and couldn't support an adult pressing their hand on it. The broken fridge looked like it was picked from a dumpster, completely iced over, couldn't close and had a yellow liquid in it. The hot tub had hair and grime all in it, absolutely atrocious condition. The room smelled like an ashtray. There's gaps under the entry door for the room, and the exit doors were held open and unsecured. After we had checked in, we looked at room and decided to get dinner as we had been traveling all day. When my wife said she didn't feel comfortable staying, we went to the office to cancel and get a refund. It had been 57 mins since we were given our keys, and refunds are only issued before 30 mins. Broken windows let in a draft and had crud all over them.

Included Breakfast was not honored, Coffee was only offered with powered creamer. Garbage piles around the facility was not managed well, Ice Machines were out of order.

Do not stay here. In disrepair, sketchy people hanging out in the hallways, loud noise, staff asleep at the front desk, no soap in the room, bad smells, overall dirty and felt unsafe. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Absolutely horrible, dirty room, dirty halls, no toilet paper or towels. No breakfast as advertised. Not worth a penny.

We are happy to report that Super 8 has been updating its rooms and the stays here are comfortable. Although they discontinued the pretty good breakfast that they used to provide without prior notice, the value is still good given the cost of other comparable hotels. We will likely stay there next time we are in the area.
