No bath mats in shower/tub very slippery while attempting showering and I fell, went to front desk asked front desk if they had any mats, and was told that they didn’t furnish mat in any of their rooms. Went out to Target and purchased a mat. Upon arrival room was not cleaned properly. At least the frigid was spotless.

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room itself could have definitely been cleaner, there was trash left from the previous occupants. At one point, before my shower, I found a roach.

For the price, it was an excellent property. Continental breakfast is only muffins or cinnamon rolls milk and that’s it and cereal boxes. It’s not a full continental breakfast with cooked eggs and sausage and fruit as you see in other hotels.

Location was convenient. Check in was ridiculous, a 45 minute wait, and only one person waiting befote us!! They tried calling for assistance several times from the lobby phone, with no answer. Then a couple more times before someone actually answered. It was quite awihle after until someone came to the desk to check anyone in. In the meantime, we are sitting in the lobby/dining area, which was uncomfortably warm,since it was in the 90s outside, and there is a lot of glass windows in that area. While waoting our turn, I decided to fill out the check in text or email I had recd from Super8. It asked me to upload my Id, which I did, then make, model, color and plate no. For our car, which I did. Then he requested credit card info for Deposit?(returnable) which I also submitted. When finished, I thought it would speed up our check in, which it DID NOT! When it was our turn to get keys, rhe clerk said he needed my ID and credit card. I explained that I had already submitted all that on my phone. He could not find any of that, so I had to give him my ID and credit card all over again!! He remained patient and calm, good job. I was hot, tired & crabby, needed to lie down, and was happy to finally get our room keys!! Check in was from 3pm to 345pm, unacceptable to me. If we had not already paid for room thru Expedia, we would have probably left after 10 to 15 minutes of waiting Lesson learned. Hubby said we"d never go there again. Kind of a shame because, for the

DO NOT STAY HERE

Absolutely horrific!! Just a heads up, they have smoking rooms and even if you have it as non smoking in filters somehow I I got smoking room. To be honest I didn’t know smoking rooms were even a thing anymore. Oh and the condition of the room was on me because I chose a smoking room. Fair enough, I’ll take fault for that whatever. I travel hundreds of times a year all over for work and this was the worst one yet and $300/night. Check those photos out! Health department needs to get involved. I like to only do good reviews that are positive because things happen but the actions of the employee and the condition of the room is completely unacceptable

This hotel was a horrible experience it was absolutely filthy stains all over the bed and the walls the bathroom was covered in mold the hotel smelt like cigarettes everywhere the staff had no idea what they were doing other. They first gave us a room that was occupied and lied saying they checked out but left trash in it but the peoples personal belongings where still in the room not just trash then gave us another room that was just as filthy. I asked for a refund and was met with attitude and disrespect and had to pay a 100$ cancellation fee and only got 80$ I paid back. I don’t recommend staying here go to the red roof inn that’s about 2 minutes away

Not having a pool kind of sucked. Rooms were nice, ac blew cold air. Property outside needs a little tic. Overall for the money, good place to stay for a couple of nights.
