The floor in both the bathroom and bathroom were dirty and there was no hot water for the shower even after running it for 15 min

Perfect location right off I95 close to the airport and cruise terminal. Walkable to several restaurants and stores. Complimentary hotel shuttle from the airport. There is a shuttle to the cruise port for $20 and you can arrange for it to take you to the airport after your cruise.

Great accomodation!
The stay was great. The hotel held our bags until they called us for an early complimentary check in. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Fantastic Stay!
I was worried after reading some of the reviews, but his hotel was beautiful, clean, and staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. I would totally stay here again.

Be very aware
I checked in the pillow had blood on it also stains on the sheets..i went down to change rooms they sent me upstairs the room was already occupied, i had to go back down stairs and ask for another room. Proceeded to the bar ordered chicken breast saw the cook caring my breast with his bare hands from the freezer instead of putting it in a bowl. I canceled the bartender asked why and i told him the reason he state the cook has gloves on. Which i stated he touched the freezer door with the same gloves. To mkae a long story short horrible experience

Heartless
I had to cancel because of a personal emergency. Hotels.com said it was up to the hotel whether they waived the cancellation fee. I explained the situation and other hotels graciously waived the fee, but not Hilton Garden Inn. They do not care about their customers.
