Horrible stay, not clean, Urine smell from A/C sys
It appeared to be a lovely quaint cottage and was nicely equipped. But someone as a joke urinated into the air conditioner filter, and during the entire stay the 4 of us felt like vomiting because of the horrible smell. Also the floor was not cleaned and sticky throughout. The staff was very friendly but a very strong stench of Urine and the place not being cleaned all for the exorbitant price of almost $400 was a ripoff.

Pleasant small room with kitchenette. Lovely courtyard and pool. Managers were very available and helpful. Great location away from bulk of tourists, but close to beach and restaurants.

Wonderful!
Steven was an absolute gem! When we checked out of the hotel, we asked Steven if it would be ok to leave our car at the hotel while we wandered around for a bit. Without hesitation he agreed. When we came back a couple of hours later, there was a sign next to my car saying that id forgotten my phone in the room. Thank you, thank you, thank you Steven! You just dont find people that go the extra mile anymore! Would absolutely stay here again!!

Alexander Palms Court is a charming and authentic spot, perfect for a relaxed stay close to the center. The pool is fantastic, with perfectly warm water, though the area around it is a bit tight--but manageable. The rooms are cozy, as expected, and the limited parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis, which was fine for us. The proximity to neighbors means the acoustics are almost too good, and light sleepers might struggle with the sound of the air conditioning. Still, the overall vibe is quaint and true to its character. The service was friendly, responsive, and helpful, which added to the positive experience. Overall, we were very happy with our stay--perfectly suited for a few days in Key West.

Stopped in for 2 nights. Clean very friendly staff. Very reminiscent of old Florida vacation motels. Room size was ideal we had three in group. Pool was warm and inviting. A bit of a hidden gem. I would do five stars all the way but it is a bit dated so wanted people to be aware. I think if you stay here you will have a great vacation. Looking forward to going back.

Our room was beyond updating…hole in walls, bathroom nasty, and beds worn out and extremely uncomfortable and squeaky. The ac was so loud and obnoxious. You could hear the guests in the adjoining room. Location ok but the manager Steven was excellent.
