This place was a good place to stay for the price but it is falling behind in mantaince . A lot of small items need to be repaired.

Overall I was pleased with the hotel and my stay. They were having electrical issues with the building when I arrived. The front doors were not working, so I had to manually slide them. My keys cards kept having issues as well. Had to get new keys several times. Other than that. The service, breakfast and hot tub were all great.

No Reservation booked 2 wks in advance
I didn't stay, Hotels.com nor the property could get the reservation correct. After waiting until nearly midnight. Hotels.com LIED to me about the property and the property LIED about Hotels.com. Both sides left me out in the cold. And it was very cold in November, I had to stay outside to get a good connection to Hotels.com even though I had no other connection issues. Connection dropped twice while on chat. I don't do business with LIARS.

I booked this place not knowing it was not pet friendly. The lady not only seemed to enjoy informing me this place was not pet friendly but also enjoyed telling me it didn't matter if he was a service animal. I was having a hard time using my phonr since it wad new ane i har yo keave in s safety emergency so i told her i needef to find a ride out of there. I went jn quicly about 30 min later to vending area w my dog bc i was thirsty and she not only tells me she is gojng to call the police but also checked outside several times putside ajnd on her phone so i was worried while i had tk have a friend franticly attempt to find mw a uber b4 he police arrived. I have never been so disappointed and she didnt even cancel the reso as promised. If you have a service animal then be careful u will go to jail.

We came in at 11pm so I'm not sure if this just the night staff or the actual rules but they didn't accept cash as the incidental. I tried using my friends credit card and they wouldn't take it either because she had a decorative card sticker on it and they wouldn't charge it without seeing the name and numbers. We showed pictures of her card presticker and they still wouldn't take it. It felt like they were making us jump through a thousand hoops when we were exhausted from our trip. The staff felt very rude and like they didn't care. We tried asking for a refund because it says on the listing that they accepted cash and they refused to refund. Overall just a huge headache and a waste of $105.

Okay! We debated booking because of the reviews. We are two college girls and just wanted a decent and cheap place to stay. This was perfect!! The reviews are harsh. The staff was super nice and helpful, and the room was clean. HOWEVER. We did find one cockroach. But we came to the conclusion that this is Texas and there are bugs everywhere. One little bug is not the end of the world. Overall 6/10. Perfect for a quick stay on a budget
