The two front desk ladies we spoke to were nice. Basically everything else however was not. We checked in around 7:30pm, and went up to our room, only after being greeted by a dirty tissue on the staircase, and a horribly musty smell. When we got to our room, we noticed how unbearably hot it was. The AC was completely off and it was over 80° in there. There was hairs all over our bathroom floor, a few in our tub, and what looked to be two used tissues in the bathroom trash can. There were gross brownish/green stains on the chair in the room, and a couple hairs on our beds. While I was picking hairs of our beds, my four year old pointed out some weird dripping brownish stains on the wall to me. Not to mention the visible crumbs on the carpet and random stains all over the place. We ended up bringing all of our bags back to the car and only coming in with our purses and a change of clothes because we had been traveling for over 6 hours and were too exhausted to make a fuss about anything or find a new hotel. We ended up going to Walmart to let the room cool off and came back and just went right to bed. When we woke up, the fridge (which we never touched because the only food we brought in was immediately eaten), had leaked onto the front of the tv stand it sits on, and onto the carpet. While checking out, I let the front desk know that our room was pretty dirty and she was very sweet, apologized and said that they’ve been getting lots of complaints on housekeeping lately…
