Location to UT campus was great; lots of valet attendants if you have a car. Stayed on a weekend, so we paid for brunch one day. It was expensive, but had a vast selection for a buffet and the food was excellent. The only thing I would comment on that could improve is the security. We walked right in and went straight into the elevator and up to our room, without needing our key to use the elevator or anyone asking us anything. It is a safe place and lots of people around, but I would definitely put a keycard lock on the stairwells and elevators.

As nice as any HGI we've stayed at. The only concern was the random raised floor boards around the bar area. Even though it's well marked, it's still a tripping hazard. Especially around a bar. And the ice machines didn't seem to be working. At least not on our floor. And there wasn't water available in the lobby area, that I could find. But we loved our room and the check in staff.

Room was clean, staff, was friendly. Breakfast was a buffet or alacart. I choose alacart 2 egg whites potatoe and toast. Toast not toasted, egg whites fried in butter and deep fried potatoes and very well done bacon. Not a healthy start to my day. Sent it back and settled for toast and coffee. HG needs to step it up to maintain the business travler. Especially with healier options, and a bit more than oatmeal and fruit.
