In general a good hotel. Spacey room and comfortable bed. Good Brazilian breakfast. Three elevators are great, no queue or waiting time. On the negative side I couldn't get the temperature down on hot days. Also the toilet had issues with flushing. Can't open the windows but I assume it's a safety issue.

Terrible

We did had a bad experience at this Hotel. Check in - No early check, as the room was available at 4 pm, which would be a problem, except that when they gave us the room at 4, it wasn’t entirely clean (housekeeping was still cleaning the room while we waited outside the door) and the floor was wet. The hotel has a construction crew working. You can hear them working. The air conditioning was not working, so to warm the room a little (it was really cold inside the room), we were instructed to turn off of the control panel. We had no shampoo for 2 days, almost three. They do not give the little bottles, which actually a good thing for the planet, except that they just didn’t replenish the bottle that they had. I asked for shampoo early in the morning when I noticed it was empty (while I showered), but they didn’t replenish it that day. I asked for it again at night, and they told me it was late, so they would do it at 8am the next day. The next day I had to call them again at 10am because nothing happened. They replenished that in the afternoon. The shower had an issue. The hot water would turn to cold water after 2 minutes, and then changed again to scalding water. This would repeat itself every 30 seconds after that, in a cycle. When we asked to change rooms, they told us that it was not possible. The bathroom doesn’t have an air vent. So we really on the room general venting system. Not really that much of an issue but was unexpected but a high end hotel.

Ja me hospedei neste hotel e sempre tive boas experiências,mas desta vez me decepcionei com a limpeza do banheiro e atendimento em geral. Banheiro estava sujo (quarto 1004) com muitos cabelos na grudados na parede (cfme fotos),solicitei na recepção pra avisar o setor de limpeza e o atendente fez pouco caso (pareceu sem vontade)e nada foi feito.Café da manhã faltando muita coisa no buffet as 9h (pq um atendente dialogando com outro sobre eu fiz isso e aquilo e o fulano não fez e não vou ficar fazendo mais) e mais de 40 minutos e sem reposição. JÁ FOI BOM O HOTEL, hoje já vou pensar em novas possibilidades na região. Já indiquei pra amigos mas hoje não arrisco mais.
