Clean rooms; very small beach
Only spent one night here, after a week in Puerto Rico at other locations, such as Rincon and Old San Juan. Not sure why anyone would stay here. Only one small outdoor restaurant, which is adequate but mainly bar food. Pool pretty much like any other resort hotel pool. Nothing to do there or nearby except a tennis court. The beach is pretty, but very small. You can walk end to end in 10 minutes. We stayed on Sandy Beach in Rincon, where you could walk one direction on the sand for 90 minutes. No one was swimming because of strong waves. If you want to lay in the sun by a pool all day, and eat every meal at the same restaurant, or drive 20 minutes to the restaurants along the highway, this is your place. Nice rooms; very clean, efficient and friendly staff.

Overall, a wonderful stay! Great attention has clearly been paid to keep the outdoor areas up to date and pristine. The pool and beach are clean, beautiful and comfortable all around. The rooms and indoor areas are perfectly adequate, but just don't seem to receive the care and attention that the outdoor ones receive. The restaurant is very convenient and offers OK food on the whole. The service and every interaction we had with staff was top notch with great attention to detail.

We were disappointed with the level of service provided not very attentive. The culinary experience was not up to par. The coquito drink at mahi mahi bar was so good. However, they only have it on time. Ashamed. The comfy bed was very good.

For the perfect escape
Beautiful, recently renovated property with an extremely friendly staff! Views are amazing and the pool area is excellent. The best part is the beach… oh wow that beach. Perfect little oasis to walk, relax and play in. The waves/pull can be a little intense but you don’t need to swim far to appreciate it. Resort is close to several things, Ild San Juan is around 20 miles for reference.

Muy buena instalación, la atención buena tanto en el front desk como en el servicio a la habitación. La playa no es la más bonita tiene olas fuertes es de cuidado cuando hay niños puede ser peligrosa, muy buena piscina. Está un poco escondido aunque una vez ingresado todo es muy bien. Lo considero un poco costoso pero está Bien… Sin duda volvería tiene una buena ubicación en Dorado

Crazy Outdated and Not worth the money
This place should NOT be a Hyatt. It is so rundown, old, and moldy, it’s terrible. I am shocked. I could’ve had an Airbnb but thought a Hyatt would be much nicer . Big mistake.
