The stay wasnt bad until my truckand 6 other vehicles got broken into. Because of lack of security.

Loser at casino!
Nice clean older hotel right next door to casino. Nice spacious room with great shower. Only bad thing was heater in room was a little loud. Think it needs some maintenance

Stay at your own discretion
Needs remodeled, updated, deep cleaned and new mattresses.
Upon entering the room, there was a dead fly on the window air conditioning unit, the vent in the A/C was full of dust. The toilet was not secured to the floor (very wobbly).

St. Louis Blues Date
We were very happy with the front desk help, she was pleasant and kind. The room was large but very stained carpet and dingey walls. Nice location and the casino was in wonderful shape. Location Location

Bad customer service.
First I had to pay a 100 dollar deposit. Just in case of room damages. First thing I saw was broken drawer handle. I went back down to report and asked. Why wasn’t there a microwave in the room. I was told that there was one in the lobby. I said that, that was ghetto and service replied that she thinks it’s ghetto to have one in the room. After asking for the manager. She replied that she was the manager. So when asked for the general manager. She gave the wrong information. Found that out by asking other employees. That said that she was known for being a problem.
