Terrible
Toilet was clogged with toilet paper floating in it when we arrived. Room smelled horible. Windows were easily opened and had no lock to prebent someone from the outside opening it. Place is a dump!

The front desk activated keys to the room we were in for someone else and at 3 am a man tried to come into our room. Luckily the top lock was flipped or the man would have came all the way into our room. Very disappointed. I had my children with mr.

BEWARE!
These were the worst conditions we have ever stayed in. There were tweekers running up and down the stairs all night, people openly drinking all day, the staff seemed to not care at all. The place should be seriously condemned, All of the carpet looks to be from the '70's and there was dog hair stuck to the walls in our room. The sinks and everything else should be replaced. No locking mechanism on the back door, anyone can get in there, including the tweekers. We would have changed hotels but hotels.com charged us ahead of time so we had no recourse, so we were stuck. I will never use hotels.com again because they gave it a 4.8 rating, not even close! This place seems more like a homeless camp than it does a hotel. I am not against taking care of those in need but I just wanted a nice stay in Post Falls where I could spend time with my family and this place failed miserably. I layed in bed at night and was worried that I was breathing really bad things. Like it was just not clean. I was really scared the whole time that I was there and never felt safe, that is not good for your clientele. All of the sinks clogged up, the girl that checked us in, we asked her for a do not disturb sign and she said that they didn't have them. The next morning, we asked the gentleman at the front for one and he reached down and handed it to us, why was the woman the night before not able to get us one if it was under the desk? SO many wrong things about this place.

Good for the price
Friendly staff, but outdated carpet, and decent clean. Bed comfortable but breakfast was all carbs - dinuts, yogurt, mini muffins, toast. More continental. Good for the price.

The way of the road
My brother and I have travelled many of places, staying in various hotels/motels across the country and here locally. That being said, we were very impressed with the The customer service provided by the staff, highly respectful and polite, the breakfast was neat and well set up every morning, our room was in excellent remodeled condition fitted with a nice large lcd smart tv including all the apps, and all of this comes at an affordable rate. Therefore we deem this an over all great stay!

The staff were very friendly and worked hard to get us a clean room. Apparently (we were told) normal housekeeping was not available that day. Unfortunately, it took 3 tries to get a clean room. 2 rooms had dirty beds and one had a dirty bathroom. The room we ended with didn't have a microwave (which was in the other 2 rooms) or hangers in the closet. Staff were willing to accomodate us if we wanted these items, but we just used the microwave in the breakfast area. The doors and walls bu the bathroom could use a cleaning as well. Once we were settled, our stay was very pleasant and quiet.
