Tim at the front desk was very nice and helpful! The door to my room had a broken lock, so I was put in another room and the door to the bathroom was locked so I could get into the bathroom. I was in a hurry getting ready for an event. Thanks to Tim he unlocked the bathroom door. But it was a big inconvenience.

I stayed only one night. It was what I had expected. I was flying from Palm Springs airport that's why I chose this hotel as it is very close to the airport. I left my car in the parking lot for a week (for a fee).

Found a big roach in the bathroom, fan over the stove could not be turned off, bathroom out dated, uncomfortable bed. Curtains had holes, during the day you could see the light coming through the holes.

Hotel looks great from the outside. The room was run down. The bed was terrible and made noise every time you move. The only thing available in the room was soap and towels. You had to ask for anything else. The only redeeming factor was the front desk person who was great.
