El piso en el que me pusieron estaba todo en remodelación! Habían trabajadores con música alta desde las 7am y haciendo mucho ruido hasta tarde. Olía a pegamento de pisos todo y a solventes. No se podía ni pasar para llegar a mi habitación!

Would not recommend
Hotel looks great from the outside. The room was run down. The bed was terrible and made noise every time you move. The only thing available in the room was soap and towels. You had to ask for anything else. The only redeeming factor was the front desk person who was great.

Not so good
The room smelled, and I woke up with bug bites. No coffee maker or shampoo. The room has a fridge and stove, but you must ask for plates & silverware.-- The "breakfast was Nutrigrain bars and wrapped muffins. The staff was nice. - They were doing some kind of renovation, and the hallways were a mess.

Almost Half the cost!!!
I enjoyed having a microwave, refrigerator and a place to cook my breakfast. My bed was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the cost compared to the other hotels around. My place was almost half the cost then the other hotels nearby.

Zero points for cleanliness
Front desk staff is courteous and friendly, but hotel cleanliness is severely lacking. My room was disgusting and I was told at check-in that I couldn't check in early because they were cleaning my room. Ha! What a joke. My bathroom sink had small black hairs both in and around it from what I imagine was a previous male occupant who had shaved recently. The shelf under the sink was dusty as hell, so that hadn't been wiped down in at least a week, if not more. The shower had hair, lint and dust in and around it, so there's no chance that had been cleaned before I was given a key. The floor in the bedroom had food crumbs and a plastic piece from a tag that had probably been removed from a clothing item, so it was obvious that they room hadn't been recently vaccuumed either. Overall, pathetic as far as cleanliness goes. Definitely wouldn't ever stay here again.

Ok, but not great
Staff was wonderful, room was quiet and clean, breakfast was underwhelming. It consisted of coffee, tea, nutragrain bars and pre packaged small muffins. Only toiletries in the room was a small bar of soap.

A Nightmare Experience
We did not stay. The lobby was filthy and the desk agent was a slob. We asked for an adjoining room or a room next door as we are travelling with our 16 year old granddaughter. They did not have this. The agent said he would go to see if the room next door was clean. Why would he have to do this?? It was at 5:30 pm and they should have been cleaned by that time. At any rate we couldn’t get the room next door for some reason. On to if that he had a dog wandering around the lobby unleashed who proceeded to pee up against the wall. At that point we cancelled the hotels.com reservation and left. I have tried several times to contact customer service for a refund but no one has responded to me by either email or phone. I will complain to Master Card. In the meantime I would like to hear from Hotels.com customer service regarding my refund as this venue was nothing like it was represented on your site. Thank You. It was okay. The hotel had some weird smells. I wasn’t in the room all day since it was a business trip. He breakfast wasn’t breakfast, it was a muffin or nutrigrain bar and coffee. The staff was very friendly and polite.

Overall, very nice
Smells in the hallway were pretty grim, including cigarette smoke on non smoking floor. Noise from other rooms was incredibly loud in hallways and in bed, even past midnight on a Thursday! Maybe that’s normal in Extended Stay? It seemed odd and disrespectful to me. Good thing I had earplugs! Other than that, the room itself was clean and very nice, very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful! I enjoyed my stay.

Not a happy customer
Website shows you cannot check in till 3pm. We arrived around 3:35 and there was no room for us till around 4pm. The 2 guys at the front desk seemed to be making up excuses for us not having our room ready all while barely making eye contact. The 30" tiny TV was super slow to get working. If you hit the Guide to view channels the screen went to the top right 4"x7" window. The staff at the front desk says you have to turn off the computer and not hit the Guide button. At 10:30 am we went to check out and no one was at the front counter, we got our vehicle got it all loaded up and came back to the front desk with no one there. What kind of staff leaves the front desk right around check out time. We left the key on the counter in hopes that no one would steal it and trash our room. Not very happy and will never go back again.

Great location--close to airport--ok for price we paid however it is in need of repairs & better housekeeping. Halls, lobbies, elevators & front door had scuffs, paint chips, debris in ground, baseboards not attached. I would stay here again due to the closeness to airport

The web site indicates that tableware and cookware are in each room but you actually have to ask for everything, there isnt even a coffee maker or hair blow dryer in the room. And the box of tissues in the bathroom had 1 tissue in it...the grab and go breakfast was also very disappointing.

I looked soo many hotels near this hotel, they were half the price from this hotel, reason I selected this hotel because of it was breakfast included, next day in morning I realized, that breakfast is just 1 muffin and 1 coffee, next time I will stay here but not including the breakfast I can stay in half price and pay for breakfast outside somewhere in cafe. Everything else we're fine.
