Location was fine, and felt safe. Otherwise, it's what you would expect in terms of lots of broken/out-of-order things and fairly dirty. The "free breakfast" was a box of cereal. They take a $5 credit card fee from your deposit, so you won't receive your whole deposit back; and at least in my case, they failed to alert me of this before they charged it.

Ok place to say, excellent service

This was a cheap place to stay overnight on a longer road trip. They do have a mandatory room deposit upon checking in. We checked in pretty late (11:30) and were initially given a room that hadn't been cleaned. When we went back to reception the attendant was very apologetic and friendly and quickly got us a new room. The same attendant was still on duty when we left in the morning and again apologized for the inconvenience. The room was clean and the beds weren't uncomfortable.

Mostly clean, friendly staff and coffee was better than most places. Frustrating that they charged a different rate than what we booked through Expedia. We booked at 64$ a night and were charged 189$ per a night! So that’s frustrating.

Was given 3 separate rooms, room #1 heater was not working (winter storm), old, bed had stains all over cover, curtains falling off, smelled funky. 2nd room, much better but had mice. 3rd room, very dusty, roaches, breaker was out but fixed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Charged a $135 room deposit which got charged to my acct was suppose to be a hold only. Called hotel and they were going to check and get back to me which they have not. Will call them again Will not allow me to post pics for some reason.

I was charged $250 for smoking in my room and I don’t smoke. The elevators smelled of weed. I could smell cigarette smoke in my room. The electronic door lock went dead and for two days I had to go to front desk and be let into the room where my medication was locked in. Evidently the first request for maintenance to fix the door wasn’t answered. The facility was nice but the charge and the request for a response from the manager was unanswered shows there’s a breakdown in info structure of the facility. Breakfast was good. Lol

They have roaches. The room was incredibly dirty. When I brought it to staff members attention that I’d like to leave due to seeing a roach he let me know I was past the 30 minute refund period which I wasn’t happy with but accepted. Then he went to the room and came back with a dirty pillowcase that looked like someone washed it in the laundry with an ink pen and claimed that I did it. Mind you that is fully impossible. He kept part of my deposit. So not only did he not refund me he also charged me money for them not throwing away stained sheets and putting them in clean rooms. I absolutely am not one to complain or badger workers in the service industry but I don’t believe I’ve ever met a more unreasonable person in my life.

Not-so Super 8

Hotel is right off of the highway, straight ahit to and from the airport. The front desk staff were professional and friendly. I believe that they all also lived there. Unfortunately, it is very old and outdated. The bed covers had cigarette burns and what looked to be bullet holes. The 1st 2 nights we asked that someone come and fix the television in our room and we were told they would be there in 10 minutes. No one ever came. They automatically charge you a $125 deposit upon check-in just in case you want to run off with something from this lovely establishment. There was a pool however, it wasn't opened and from the looks ov it, it hadn't been open in years. They should probably take that off of their amenities. At night, lots of people hanging out in the parking lot. On a good note, i never saw any ants or roaches..
