Booked hotel airport shuttle through Reception the day prior to our flight, only to be told on checking out ready to leave that we were not booked on the shuttle. Limited taxi availability. One shuttle with 8-person capacity per hour is pretty poor for an airport hotel. Lots of people left at the hotel needing to get to the airport. Leave plenty of time to make your flight if you stay here!

I will be requesting a refund for this stay. The entire hotel had no ac. In mid July. I do understand tho gs go wrong but the reason given was - they were switching from winter to summer. In that case I should have been notified so that we can make alternate plans. I’ve never asked for a refund or complained but this one was not ok.

Camera molto bella, letto comodissimo. Condizionamento ancora acceso (12 ottobre) quindi un po’ freddino. Chiedo coperta in più e mi portano un piumone che sa nettamente di fumo. Prontamente lo cambiano e spengono il condizionatore. Durante la notte ci sveglia un rumore di tamburi e musica ritmata: la reception nella persona dell’eccellente Lucia viene da noi per capire da dove proviene il rumore perché la musica non si sente dalla reception. Scopre che un gruppo olistico ospite dell’hotel ha deciso di fare una meditazione di gruppo con tamburi nel seminterrato. Il rumore smette immediatamente non appena Lucia interviene. Comfort eccellente, servizio attento e disponibile. Risolvere un problema causato da ospiti che crea disturbo ad altri ospiti non è mai facile ma è stato fatto rapidamente e con grande efficacia. Colazione ottima e orari consoni ai voli del mattino presto. Torneremo. Grazie Lucia!
