Upon arrival everything seemed wonderful, nice room, loved the balcony, comfortable bed, but the room was cold no matter what we turned the temp up to it never kicked on, also that night there was no hot water for showers. We went to sleep thinking it would kick on but I woke up at 2am freezing. Went downstairs finally about 4-5ish to a man asleep at the front desk I said excuse me my heat hasn’t worked all night ( outside temperature is in the 20s) he sends security up to our room, he checks thermostat looks with a flashlights determined it’s not working tells me he will be right back. He comes back with an electric heater at this point I finally go to sleep 6ish. So this is just the first night. Saturday Morning maintenance comes fixes the heat, we leave the room to go eat come back first thing we realize it’s cold my son uses the bathroom flushes the toilet and it sprays water everywhere my husband had to turn the water off at the toliet. It was so bad the water leaked into the hallway. He then goes back to the lobby and they bring housekeeping and another maintenance person to do the same “fix” the first one did. Time has lapsed all this took an hour or so. I felt like the entire trip revolved around us having to deal with the room problems. Another thing was I received an email about 3 weeks before my stay to say the pool was closed I booked this room mainly for pool and balcony so that was already a disappointment but ok whatever the pool never closed!
