Not with the low rate!
This place is in horrible condition and should not even be a half star rating. It smells like smoke throughout the entire hotel and the room even the though we requested “non-smoking” the carpets haven’t been cleaned in years. We walked in the room and walked right back out and got a refund.

Perfect Place to Relax
I loved this place. It was convenient, parking was perfect even with my "rig" of a truck and car towing behind. Staff was super in terms of helpfulness to find a good place to eat within walking distance, which turned out to be a FABULOUS Mexican restaurant/bar. I would stay here any future visit.

Spend extra money & stay in Springfield
To start with, both young men in the office were very polite, and made you welcome. That's where we will leave it. Traveled in cold January. Window in room was permanently screwed open 1/4" or better. Plastic "deflector" on wall HVAC unit was broke with half of it missing.Not an issue of efficiency but just sad it is like that! Had to leave fan running to drown out the noise of the xway and neighbors next door talking on phone until maybe 3am? Hole in drywall in ceiling (probably due to a plumbing repair above) was cheaply taped in place and coming apart! Room had an odd/old smell to that was masked by some odorant of some kind. Breakfast was cold cereal, and an assortment of packaged snacks, muffins, etc.

Reserved king bed, upon my arrival was told my room was given away. Excuse was ac non working in other room. If I reserved king and confirmed king, my room should not have been given away due to maintenance issue. Give other party 2 queens. When questioned rate was told since reserved thru 3rd party nothing they could do. This should not matter if that's the only way to book online. Staff was very apologetic but that didn't help my situation since we then had to sleep in separate beds to be comfortable. The vent in the bathroom was very noisy. The ice machine could use some cleaning.
