The police were outside the locked office this morning.The office hours stated it opened at 7 a.m. The photo listed on Hotels.com looks NOTHING like the office. Completely false advertising. The place is dilapidated.

When we got there it was explained to us that we no longer had a room because management had sold it out from under us earlier that day, and that no more rooms were available. In all my years of traveling, I've never seen something like this.

When we arrived we were told that there was a problem with overbooking and that there was not a room available for us. The desk clerk was surly, indifferent and unwilling to help us find a room. I will NEVER, EVER stay at that brand of hotel again and will tell everyone I know to stay away from them.Also I will use another website to book my next room. I demand a full refund plus extra funds for the distress and hassle of finding a room at the last minute, on MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND.

Booked a room over 2 months in advanced and showed up and they didn’t ask for my name or confirmation number just said they weren’t sure if they had rooms available and we had to wait almost 2+ hours to see if we had a chance among 40 other reservations

I didn’t stay. When I arrived at 3p to check in, I was told they didn’t have any rooms available. The lady at the desk blamed the third-party booking sites. She then when on to say that there’s a chance that she might have a room available later, after she was able to walk around and see if any room was “clean enough”. I can’t fully blame the hotel, if it’s indeed a problem with the booking sites, but to be told maybe a room would be “clean enough” left me speechless. I guess there’s a reason it’s cheap. Luckily, I was able to find a room last minute at a different hotel.

Extremely basic, the bath tub has peeling on the floor of the tub and walls. Beds were comfy, bring a pillow, you get half pillows. Caution they have an incidental line of things and rates to pay🤔😬, nothing fancy but heating and cooling system works👍
