Not happy at all!
Booked a room with hotels.com Called to get info on upgrade to the towers since there wasn’t an option online. Front desk reassured us that they will do upgrade to the room we wanted when we arrived but turns out it wasn’t available. Ended up having to do new reservation due to some issue they had with matching our card on file! After setting up new reservation and paying for the room AGAIN it was around2:15AM and yes we were exhausted from our long day! When we got to our room we were disappointed because the room was outdated and not in great condition at all! Deadbolt was jiggling, the floor had not been washed in God knows how long! It was sticky,dirty, and had heavy traffic foot prints all over! Just absolutely disgusting. Definitely was worse in the morning soon as the lights came through the windows! The bedding was comfortable, sheets were clean, which was the only positive about the room. The bathroom shower was very outdated with ugly yellow 80s looking tiles and the tub was super shallow making it hard to relax! Spotted what looked like black mold above bathroom door!The room in general gave off the Ghetto motel vibes, definitely not the same quality compared to my last stay a few years back! The fan unit was only blowing heat no matter what you set the temp to which led to a sleepless night of tossing and turning waking up to being soaked in sweat!!! Really outdated furniture and ghetto popcorn ceilings! All in all very poor experience! Breakfast was OK at best

Werid experience
The room would get way to hot the ac didn't work had the have the porch door open, the Wi-Fi didnt work at our room, room smelled like dog pee in the closet, ..there wasnt anyother way into the hotel but the front door all the side doors locked were broken or shut off ...thur out the day and night there were times there wasnt anyone at the desk....saw a guy that looked like a guest walk out if the back room for employees only..

NASTIEST HOTEL IVE EVER STEPPED FOOT IN!
DO NOT STAY HERE! this was the nastiest hotel ive ever stayed in, and would never recommend anyone to spend their money here! There was bodily fluids all over the room, every piece of furniture was broken and disgusting. It looked like they didnt even attempt to clean the room. Hair all over the bed and under the covers. Oh and dont forget the brown water from the bathtub. Not to mention the lady receptionist was rude and disrespectful and not helpful at all. And we ended up moving rooms and the second was just as disgusting! Their pictures on the website are very outdated and their description is all bold face lies! Whoever is in charge of this place should consider hiring some competant workers or closing the doors and letting the homeless people stay here. Its absolutely disgusting that this place is taking peoples money.

Not even a 1 star
Hotel was extremely dirty, tv didn’t work and they didn’t even try to fix it, breakfast was inedible. There was hair all over in the bed, dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Homeless shelter DO NOT STAY
They really should warn you that you’re staying at a homeless shelter. Literally. They are housing Boise’s homeless and have been for 5 years. If that’s your thing, go for it. It made me feel really uncomfortable. It was also disgusting!! Carpets filthy. Floors in room were sticky. No drains would drain especially the shower. Pros: right across the street from a police station (loud) and a “bikini bar” lol. Just don’t stay here. (Pic of the hallway all day yesterday and today)

Needs repair
This hotel is desperately in need of a deep cleaning and new carpet. The staff was very friendly and the room was relatively clean; however, the box spring was horribly stained, and there were stains on the chair. The hallway and stairwell carpet were both on poor condition and didn’t look like they’d been vacuumed in a very long time.

Never again
The staff was friendly is the only thing I can rate good. The hotel is filled with boarder line homeless people. The smell of weed is everywhere hallways and elevator. Drunk people pulling fire alarms at 3am. The room is very worn out and acoustic parts of the ceiling all over the floor. Hallways are filthy and so old I’m sure they are not able to look clean if they were. We will not be staying here in the future.

They are scam, artist and overcharge you
The manager was very rude when I was expressing my upset about being overcharged when I was guaranteed a rate from Hotels.com instead of 187. It was 237 instead of the $50 being included and that’s why the deposit was on the price differential it was no you gotta pay the deposit now too and a kicker a random bonus $68.88 charge was tacked on my bill. I told them I’m showing up late. Do not cancel my room I paid for the room. Why is it canceled? I I told the manager I did not authorize that extra $68 charge. She proceeded to tell me that is something they do for all people that do Hotels.com. They are literally disputing the charges rather if I was the owner of this place, I would fire that manager she legit said yeah you’re a liar. This is not fraud. That was our unauthorized charges that we’re not included in the Hotels.com price. I have traveled all over the nation, renting out multiple hotels well over 30 hotels in a year, I will never ever give them a dime So if you want to be scanned, and judging by the reviews, the conditions of the rooms were deplorable please by all means
