Fair price, comfortable bed and pleasant Staff

The room was ready and clean, the person at check in was pleasant and helpful and the price of the room was very reasonable plus it was close to Mechanicsburg where the family reunion was being held. One snag - through no fault of the hotel, the 2nd night there was a huge thunderstorm and the lights inside weren’t working, but we had two flashlights and the TV and Heating and Cooling mechanism was working so it was ok, we made it work. We’ll stay there again.

It is owned by a local family who still operate the premises. When I had a need, they were quick to accommodate it. It is an older hotel which is apparent, but it was clean and quiet.

Quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. My room was very dirty, had mold, chipping paint, bubbles in the ceiling, the shower was nasty, toilet was nasty, my microwave didn’t work, the carpet floor trim was falling off of the walls, my window was broken… there is a long list of things wrong with my particular room. 0/10 would not stay there again.

Terrible customer service

I didn’t stay in the hotel. I tried to cancel because I read reviews and read about bed bugs. I literally booked the night before and tried to cancel the very next morning upon waking up and they refused. They still took my money even though I didn’t check in. Really terrible sign if a hotel won’t let you cancel in my opinion, especially if it is to keep your family safe from bed bugs

This place is a dump!!!!!!clogged sinks, peeling paint and crack heads in parking lot. Linens (ha!) were disgusting and felt old and dirty. We slept with window shade open to make sure I bikes weren't stolen. Stay away from this place!!!! didn't use wifi cause we didn't want to get hacked

The room was a good value, I paid around 70 a night for a last minute trip when every other room was 200 . Safe On initial entry, the welcome was a bit cold, however I was taken care of promptly. The bath towels r stained, had to buy my own from walmart as they all had different color stains on them. The shower curtain didn’t smell great, and was almost a yellow color. Walking around the hotel in socks for more than 5 minutes left my socks a dark brown almost black color. They did provide soap and shampoo, although it was the smallest packages and bars you could expect. Bedsheets had some holes in them, avoided even pulling off the blanket. Door didn’t consistently close or open properly, had to double check when shutting the door. They did have a fridge and microwave, which came in handy as well as plastic cups to brush teeth with. Came back with either an allergic reaction or some sort of bug bites. I don’t think there were any there, but I guess I’ll find out after a few days depending on how I heal up. Was almost hesitant to leave this review as others get berrated unprofessionally when leaving any negative or constructive criticism. I think a simple change of sheets, shower curtain, new towels, mopping of the floor, and minor maintenence would go a long way for this location, however I don’t know if the ownership is interested at all in hearing constructive criticism. At least, this review can act as a big heads up to those planning to visit in the future.

Catfished.

It was my first time being catfished by a hotel they only upload pictures of the remodeled rooms so you think your getting a decent room when in fact you get there and everything is outdated if not broken. I wasnt expecting a 5 star resort but the pictures i seen online is not what i was met with in person. If your looking for a cheap hotel that you need to shoulder check a door to be able to get into your room everytime you want in. bedsheets with burn holes dont forget the crack pipe burn marks in the bible drawer. Then this is the place for you. But hey you get what you pay for next time ima fork out the extra 100 bucks for a decent place. Oh and dont expect to call the front desk from your room phone they dont even have those hooked into anything.

The door was duct taped and didn't lock electronically. Called the front desk to get a different room was told there were no other rooms. The deadbolt did work, but as we were scheduled to stay two days, this only secured the room when we were in it. If we left it, with our belongings inside, anyone could have just pushed the door open. Needless to say we did not stay the scheduled second night. Luckily the Holiday Inn, next door, had a room. We stayed there instead. I tried to submit the video of the door not working but this review only allows photos.

I didn’t mind the place. It was very basic especially just for sleeping there. My only recommendations is getting the shower head in 307 fixed. Otherwise it was an alright stay. There were 4 locks on the inside to ensure my safety.

Nice place, quiet and people stayed to themselves. Some problems? The door was missing a piece near the bottom and could see outside and the vending machine had some months old expired sodas. But it was comfortable and safe place to stay
