Rooms needed to be cleaned i found glasses under my bed.the door to the bathroom wouldn't open from the onside. Pool had to much chlorine. Breakfast was terrible. Smells like smoke.people hanging outside drunk .the white guy at the front desk was rude sorry didn't get his name.

Exceptional customer service!

My mom needed the handicap accessible room and it was perfect for her. John at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful with all of our questions and needs. He was still there in the morning when we got up and he was still just as friendly and helpful as the day before. We will definitely stay again when we visit family!

The only thing we were not a fan of is how early housekeeping would come by knocking on doors and yelling. Even if they aren’t knocking on your door (we put the sign out for the second and third nights) you can still hear them all down the hallway. You shouldn’t come earlier than check out time, people want to sleep on their vacations.

Low Expectations

The property was run down, but not so much so that it was unappealing. Room was clean and smelled nice. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast leaves MUCH to be desired. No proteins, just cereal and waffles. I didn't expect much for how cheap it was, and it met my expectations.
