Not what was expected
The lady that checked us in was very nice when I reserved the hotel. It said there was a pool. The lady that checked us and said oh no, we don’t have a pool. But they do have an outside pool it just looks like they don’t open it anymore. That needs to be told on the website from now on. As a person who had a 10-year-old and a nine-year-old the pool was very important we also put our outside of the door and they were picked up but no new ones were left and we went to the front desk to ask for some. The lady said I will only give you one set because you don’t have all the other ones to return, tried to explain to her we had returned them to the lady she wasn’t there anymore. She had picked up outside our door, but she wouldn’t give us more towels. I also don’t like to stay where I know people are living hotels that let people live in them. The type of people that live in hotels usually aren’t the best in this case that would be true. I wouldn’t dare let my children go down the hallway for anything without me. There were always the same for elderly men sitting at the table where the breakfast area was afternoon evening night time not doing anything except sleep, sitting there sometimes sleeping in their chair. Really my biggest complaint is the pool isn’t really operating and cleanliness of the room and the air conditioner didn’t cool real well luckily we had a couple fans with us so it was survivable.

Website misleading
The motel was nothing like the pictures on the internet. The only reason I chose this motel it looked really nice and it had a pool . We get there NO pool No handicap accessible and my husband is in a wheelchair, it was awful me and my grandson trying to pull him up on the sidewalk to just get him in the motel. No apologies for anything. We rented two rooms they had us on the second floor and I told the lady I couldn’t do that because there was no elevator, finally she said I can try to get one room on the first floor and she kinda went from friendly to pretty much nothing , she first told me oh it’s just bout 5 or 6 steps and I said my husband is in a wheelchair. Then she said let me see if I can switch one of the rooms and she did. But like I said earlier in this statement the pool was the reason for taking this motel I have custody of my grandkids and that’s why we took this motel was the pool. But on Saturday we had to search and find the kids something to with water so we found the Russell simms aquatic center and had to spend extra money for them to swim. I think we were terribly misled by their website. I’m gonna stop right here
