The room was very nice and clean. it was a condo type suite and felt very private. The property was gorgeous and right on the lake but still close to everything. Loved our stay here will be returning next time.

Nice place to stay

We had a nice stay. We were disappointed that the indoor pool Is in the middle of remodel and nowhere near usable. Lovely grounds with nice outdoor activities including a pool, miniature golf etc. we enjoyed our stay.

Tori checked us in and was very helpful and welcoming. The unit was clean. The beds were clean and comfortable. Pillows are a bit hard. Mini golf and outdoor pool and tennis courts looked fun but we did not have time to use. Property is dated, carpets clean but stained.

Exactly as pictured, spacious, clean, A++

Loved suites at fall creek! We had 2 adjoining units and it was like an apartment. Master suite and guest suite. Full kitchen and living room, kitchenette in guest room, inscreened lani with table and chairs. So perfect for us. The grounds are beautiful. Just as pictured. So much to do, great distance to main strip. Far enough away to not get the town noise and traffic, close enough to easily drive in every night for a show. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend

Concern Regarding Recent Stay

We had a very disappointing experience during our recent stay in Branson. Within an hour of checking in, security was called on us due to a completely false accusation made by a neighboring guest. We were traveling with a few other families and took the younger kids to the pool—only to find it overcrowded and not very clean. Given the additional "resort fee" we paid, we expected better amenities and upkeep. Shortly afterward, a guest in a nearby unit accused our teens of smoking marijuana inside our room. A security guard confronted them and stated they would be “prosecuted” if there was another complaint, all based on this guest’s claim that she had a “seizure” from supposed smoke—yet no ambulance was called, only security. My husband returned from the car during the incident and witnessed the entire interaction. It was obvious no one had been smoking anything. The entire situation left us feeling extremely uncomfortable in our unit, worried that this guest could continue making baseless accusations. We ultimately chose to check out a day early because it no longer felt like a safe or relaxing environment for our family. If this community is meant to be a relaxing, family-friendly space, our experience was the opposite. However, if it's a place where guests can make outrageous claims with no evidence and others are treated as guilty until proven innocent, then unfortunately it may be the wrong place for families like ours.

Pretty and spacious but outdated

Janell at the desk was very nice and helpful. The other 2 guys weren't helpful and didn't know much about the area or attractions. Our rooms were spacious but one of the toilets was broken, even after they came to fix it. The tubs were very soft on the bottom, as well as the floor around them. We were afraid we would fall through and took very fast showers. The indoor pool was closed for maintenance so the kids were bummed. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Fall suits

Our stay was great. The amenities were nice. This resort had mini golf that was included with your stay and 2 pools, and a game room and movie room with hundreds of movies to choose from. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was updated and nice and didn’t look anything like the pictures—it was better than the pictures. The indoor pool was very cold unfortunately and our balcony/porch was very dirty and we had to sweep it because my kids were getting dust and con webs all over them but the customer service was amazing. All I had to do was text the hotel if I needed something which that was very convenient.

The condo was from very nice except for a few bugs in the kitchen. One thing I did not like was they charged in amenity fee for $40 extra just to use the pool and other things. Nothing was advertised about this fee. No breakfast.

Disappointed

My husband and i typically come here once a year and everything is usually fine but this time we requested to be at the top to look down into the water. We were placed on the 4th floor in a building with the elevator out of order. We initially thought the staff had it held open because it was just open on the ground floor with no sign so we proceeded to lug our items up to the 4th floor and that's when we saw the out of order sign. The tub was dingy and the shower didn't work. The patio needed power washing and the livingroom furniture was dated. I know they just renovated this place so im guessing we got one that hadn't been updated. We made the best of it.

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay, we have always enjoyed our stays here. We like the full kitchen, fridge, etc. We save a lot of money by being able to reheat leftovers, as well as cooking meals if we want to. The beds and pillows are comfortable, and the hide a bed is the best one we have EVER slept on!!! You can’t go wrong staying here.

We came to Branson for our anniversary. The room was nice enough, but the walls are very thin we had a family In the room next to us that were pretty loud and the people in the room above us were up all hours of the night stomping around. Be prepared this is a time share scheme. Checkin was fine but then they send you across the lobby to get your parking pass and that is where they try to give you the spill about it. I stopped her before she got started good and she didn’t press on.
