Disappointed
This is the forth stay and by far the worst. To start i was told we could be on a "wait list" to check in early as we arrived before check-in. That didnt help. Room still not really clean from what I would have expected. Old decoration 90s vibe. Cleaning patched everywhere and not a good job at it. Door in the bedroom was missing a hinge so you had to hold it if opened. Tub didnt drain until 20 mins after you finished. Old 80s outlet strip by the kitchen sink look like it could catch on fire. Pretty disappointing looking to stay elsewhere.

Family of 5 spring break
We took a family trip to Branson on Spring Break and this resort was well priced so I was unsure if it was going to be one of those you get what you paid for or not. We got the 2 bedroom suite and I was impressed with the room, items provided and shape everything was in. The screened in porch was perfect for evenings and they had a formal dining table. The indoor pool is actually larger than it looks in pictures and the mini golf course was fun! Our family of 5 would recommend.

Disappointed
We booked this because we had stayed here a few years ago and loved it. We were disappointed this time. I don’t know if we got an old unit or if it’s all just run down. The carpets had places that needed to be vacuumed. A lot of the lights worked for like 3 minutes and then went off. The table top was all warped and coming up off the base. The shower temp was pretty tricky. The outlets were loose in the bathroom. I’ve definitely stayed in worse, but this place was very very run down from last time.

No frills, but would stay again for sure!
Our family of 4 (two teenagers) are regulars at Branson and have stayed at many places. This was our first time at The Suites and we enjoyed it! The surrounding area was peaceful, the location was very convenient, and the rooms were spacious. The indoor pool was very small considering the huge amount of guests that were staying there so we didn't even attempt it! ha! The mini golf, volleyball, pickle ball, etc.were nice options though. A couple of things to note, compared to other condos, are this condo seemed dated and the floors were very warped in the kitchen/living area. These condos were recently purchased by Hilton and definitely seem corporate owned. We have always stayed at personally owned condos so there was a comfy personal vibe with those stays that these were lacking. But, for the price and hospitality, we would definitely stay agin.

HVAC wouldn’t work properly
The space was great, a little out dated but very clean. Wouldn’t have had a bad thing to say except we had two conjoined rooms that made up our “suite” and in the smaller room the air wouldn’t quite blowing cold even after turning it to heat and turning it off at the thermostat. It dropped to 60 degrees and after 4 phone calls to the front starting at 830 am and the last being at 10pm when they told us maintenance had just gone home, we never saw one person attempt to fix it. We asked for a different room and were told it was completely booked when it clearly was not based on our lack of neighbors. Definitely lost our business, there are too many options in Branson for me to ever go back.

Great price for a 2 BR condo!! Other than the people upstairs jumping around, it was very quiet. We enjoyed our 3rd floor screened in porch overlooking the mini golf. The condo is definitely quite outdated with both furniture and decor but it was clean and had what we needed for our stay.

I was very impressed with this place. The room could definitely use an upgrade, but we were there only to sleep. I couldn't get the shower to work and the carpets looked gringy, could have been the color of carpets though. Everyone was friendly, even when i had to go back twice to get directions.

Booked over a month out first time ever not filling my request on a room. Room they gave us you could hear people in room above walking room next to us had kids and they yelled all not long. We have always loved staying here but not sure if we will anymore. The couch had stains all over it also

Check in delay but great room.
The room wasn't ready at check in time, had to wait an hour and half for room to get ready. Short staffed i guess. But the manager gave us a late checkout and resort fees returned. We were grateful for that. The two room suite was incredible! We will stay again for sure just hope check in goes better.
