Huge Room
My stay was ok. The room was for the most part pretty clean but first impressions make a big difference. The light switch when you first walk through the door was filthy. Cousin on couch had stains so I didn’t sit on it. There was not any lamps on the nightstands so you couldn’t just settle in after reading or tv you had to get out of bed to shut the light off which was across the room. There are light scones on either side of bed but neither worked. One didn’t even have a light bulb. The mirror above the sink was very nice and large, the mirror was clean but the frame was NOT. It had toothpaste from previous customers and not sure what the rest of the stuff on it was. Once again light switch to that area and bathroom need cleaned.
I did try to speak with someone before I left but I couldn’t get anyone to wait on me. A sign said someone would be with me but that didn’t happen. An employee was speaking with another patron and looked at me when I came in the door but when she was finished speaking she disappeared behind a door to kitchen area without acknowledging me. Or, I would have told her these issues and not be writing them. The clerk that checked me in was very friendly and professional.
All things being said the room was very spacious, cleaner than some I have paid more for, towels were clean, thick and folded in a very clever way! The bed was clean and so very comfortable. I had a king with 4 very nice pillows. I will be staying here again.
