Hospitality is about feeling not the price
Hospitality is about feeling not the price.
We paid almost $600 a night for this hotel.
There were unexpected charges, such as $2.75 per person for a toothbrush. No water was provided, and we had to go downstairs to the first floor to buy a bottle of water for $5. This was quite inconvenient and already made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Charging $5 for a bottle of water made us even more unhappy, it felt like the hotel was trying to profit from guests on even the most basic necessities. It also left us wondering if there might be additional hidden charges elsewhere.
That said, it’s worth mentioning that the staff were all very friendly and nice.
