I met a terrible front desk manager. We book the room for Oct 9th. I arrived at the hotel around 11:00 pm. The room we got is not the room type we booked. There were no communications when we got the room key. Honestly, that was not a big issue. We try to communicate about room change. A young long blonde hair woman manager was telling me that the room type we booked was out. But she was being so impatient and had a looking down attitude. Makes me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Her attitude led me to decide to get a refund and don’t want to spend any money here.

As we checking in they asked if we wanted to upgrade our room. Said oh absolutely. After we got to our room we learned that the tv in the master area wasn’t working so then they moved us rooms again. Which turned out to be amazing. Would definitely go back. They were really pleasant.

Very clean and nice room, enjoyed all of the options of food available since we did not have a car. As a Non-Smoker, it is still hard walking through Casinos no matter how hard they try to filtrate the air, it’s still there.
