It took half an hour but still couldn't find the luggage trolley. There was only one bath towel, no towels for hand and face washing. When I tried to call to ask for towels, I discovered that the guest room phone was not working.

Not great but ok
Decent place but charged a large resort fee and not really much resort. No hot tub, pool closed.

Missed Opportunity's
It was a little confusing about the price of the hotel but I was pleasantly surprised. As I settling into my room at 6pm. Isoon realized why it was so low. Nothing was open. A lot of places were closed Mon-wed. With the 2 other casinos idled you should have at least had another option opened other than Denny's. After 2 days of closures when I checked out I took my free coffee card over to death wish that to was closed. iI just handed it back to people registration. The people at Denny's were exceptional very professional. There was a couple that were seated and the Waiter said to them it's a 30 minute .wait, and the wife says that's fine what other choice do we have. That says it all.

Pleasant surprise
To whom it may concern:
A pleasant surprise awaited us when we arrived at the hotel. We were expecting worse case scenario on hotel condition based on poor reviews 6.2/10. We were there to attend Iam Tongi concert on location that evening. Our other option of stay was in Las Vegas 45 min away. We decided Primm because of convenience and we can tolerate one night.
After we checked in we had several bags to bring up ( my mom and my two sisters along with my wife) and were looking for a cart. The friendly front desk person pointed us in the right direction where a bellboy not only brought us a cart but insisted in accompanying us to our rooms. Did not wait for a tip so I had to call him back as he walked away. He was very grateful.
First impression of the room was it was clean and with an immediate fresh smell. Nothing like the reviews mentioned. Everything in working order and nothing missing ie towels etc. Minor complaints were the shower heads a bit low and the door could use some sound proof - heard conversations in hallway throughout the evening.
While in the lobby, twice we asked for directions, to Dennys and later to the concert venue and these two personnels not only took the time to talk to us but actually walked us to the places.
Overall we had a great stay. Definitely a come back stay for us whenever in the area

Excellent Service, Room Needs Attention
I had a great experience during my stay. The check-in process was excellent, thanks to the wonderful customer service. However, I did notice that the room was a little bit dirty. Overall, everything else went really well, and I left satisfied
