It took half an hour but still couldn't find the luggage trolley. There was only one bath towel, no towels for hand and face washing. When I tried to call to ask for towels, I discovered that the guest room phone was not working.

Let me just say, this probably was the best hotel back in the day! Came out here for concerts at the star of the desert, which is located in this hotel. The hotel itself only opens the rooms when there is a concert or show so it could be 2 to 3 months of complete shut down which means it does have a bit of smoke smell and the check-in lines are long location was great. The bed was comfortable and the Bonnie and Clyde car was the best part. I would stay here if I was seeing a show I would bring my own towels and a candle.

The bathroom had years of grime, the sink only put out scalding hot water, the floor was filthy with hair and stains. The airconditioner barely put out air & sounded like a jet engine. The sheets were rough, the mattress and pillows hard TV didn't work.The non smoking floor smelled of bad skunk weed and human waste. The lights in hallway were burned out, it was really creepy. The whole hotel is very worn out and smelly. We slept for just a few hours and then checked out. The hotel staff do not care about your experience, they are just as worn out as the hotel. Nothing stays open late, from the restaurants, exhibits, gift shop or even the casino floor. Ive never seen slot machines literally turned off at night to prevent gambling. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles into Vegas and find somewhere better than this total dump.

Nothing to eat in the casino. The gift shop was closed on a day that an event was held. And only three bar tenders for the event.

My stay was good just me and my wife needed somewhere to sleep after a concert and a little fun time fast and quick check in no coffee in room but everything else was good thank you hotels.com for making my experience great 👍

Mauvais descriptif

Hotel basique mais bonne literie. Le descriptif de l hotel ne correspond pas. L hotel buffalo est fermé,la reservation est faite au PRIMM resort juste a côte.

Very simple, no coffee pot, Fridge, or water We were told that the hotel was closing for renovation, because for that reason we did not make a fuss.

1:30 am, we went to the "Entrance" for Buffalo Bill Casino. But when we went there, the doors and lights were off. We then asked a security guy where we needed to check in. He told us "across the street" which didn't help because there were many streets and parking lots. So we went to a completely different building that we guessed was what the security gaurd told us to go to. We went into the building and noone was at the front desk to help us. The other staff went back to get a guy and he still took over 10 minutes just to greet us. We were checking in and they were nice enough to tell us about thier veteran discount, but then made my handicap parents walk across the whole building to "register" for veteran stuff. Once we finally got our room and info. We (non-smokers) had to walk across the whole smoking section, which made us not feel so well. When we got to the room, is was subpar and nothing to really talk about. We slept and we were woken up to the cleaning ladies opening our door without knocking hard enough to hear. We told them, we would be right out and then the lady that helped us at the front desk, the next morning was so nice and willing to help us.

Ghost town.

It was a ghost town. We were just passing through and staying for one night but everything had closed down, except Denny’s. Room was gross. The woman that checked us in was super sweet though.
