The receptionists were impressive: welcoming, professional and very helpful. This is our second stay at this hotel and I recommend it to anyone seeking a clean, attractive, convenient and reasonably priced lodging. The decor is fabulous and the staff are extraordinary. Stayed for one night before flying home from Shannon airport. Check in was probably the quickest and smoothest we have ever experienced in a hotel. The room was well equipped and comfortable. We had a nice comfortable stay with a quite nights sleep.

Central hotel.

The hotel is very central to the town but lacking atmosphere. The executive room was very basic and bland so not worth the extra money you pay for it. The room was also very stuffy but if you opened the window you had to put up with the noise of the buses outside at the bus stop for most of the night. The staff in the bar and at breakfast were very friendly. Overall a little disappointed with our stay.
