Value for money, great receptionist Nicola. Rooms are bit outdated in comparison to the pictures, but bed and pillows were very comfortable,good bedsheet quality. Good shower and warm water. The sliding door to bathroom is not the best, almost no sound proof and privacy, so that's a bit unfortunate... Good breakfast and location.

I am happy with my stay here. The breakfast area on the 5th floor was a positive highlight. A negative was the "desk" provided in the room. Very small, and in bad condition. Not a "business room". Also, be ware, the rooms facing the street are very noisy.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise from the moment we arrived. The staff running the front desk were extremely helpful with directions, teaching us key phrases in Italian; etc. Francisco in the bar was simply outstanding. He was a breath of fresh air; was very engaging, helpful, made us feel special with every interaction. Highly recommend!
